How do i record shared video with only the computer sound being recorded and not my microphone?

I am trying to record a video online for my course and i want to record the video with its original sound and not my voice or background movements being recorded. 

 

I have tried mute but that doesnt just stop my microphone but whole video too from having sound.

I tried zoom virtual agent and its a waste of space.

Please help?

I basically want to record the video with original video and sound with no interference from my microphone

Zoom is designed to be a video conferencing tool.

 

Perhaps, you could use another application more suited to your desired outcome?

 

OBS is good at screen recording for example.
