My Zoom hasn't worked in over 4 months. They refuse to help with their unstable platform.
I am losing business left and right because I can't use this platform.
How do I get them to help?

The case is that camera and microphone don't work in Zoom, but actually they work properly, I checked it in Skype and everything is fine. They are accessable for Zoom, but it doesn't work for some reason. Please explain what to do in in this case? I tried to reinstall but nothing changed.

Hi, I am not seeing the option to create polls in the zoom web portal after selecting the scheduled meeting. There is also no option to enable polls under Settings. My plan is Enterprise and I am on the latest version - 5.15.12 (21574). Kindly advise. Thank you.

Dear Zoom Support Team,I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue we are facing with the Zoom Web SDK Client View. We have integrated the Zoom Web SDK into our web application to enable video conferencing capabilities for our users.However, we are encountering an “Invalid Signature” error when attempting to join a meeting using the generated signature. We have followed the documentation and guidelines provided by Zoom, but we are unable to resolve this issue on our own.Here are the details of our implementation:-
SDK Version: 2.16.0(latest version)
Development Environment: javascript - front end;
Relevant Zoom Join JS Code Snippet: Attached along with this email
Errors Faced: Invalid Signature(error snippet and screenshot attached).We kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue. If there are any specific troubleshooting steps or recommendations you can provide, we would greatly appreciate it. Additionally, if there are any server-side configurations or settings that need to be checked or adjusted, please let us know.
Please find attached any relevant logs, error messages, or additional information that may assist you in diagnosing the problem.

I guess this topic was raised but not solved. I get lots of zoom invites via Link pass combination. how can I add the to my google calendar. is the a way of doing it using thegworkspace add-on. When I add an evento a new meeting is created but I dont have the chance to join an existing meedting. A.

Hi - I remember that in an older version, you could automatically turn 'original' sound on by selecting a microphone that you wanted to always use it. In the last several, most recent versions that functionality seems to have been removed.
Just wondering if anyone might help me to solve a minor annoyance ... specifically ...
Is there a way to set "Original Sound for Musicians" to default, so that I don't have to click the 'original sound' button 'on' (which I often forget to do)?
Has anyone figured out a way to make using original sound the default?

Hello. I run a live Zoom cast of my church service each week. We have both speaking voices and live music. The speaking voices always come through clearly on the Zoom, but the music is always filtered out somehow. We have tried to change our audio settings to allow the people on the Zoom to hear our music, but nothing has worked. Has anyone had similar issues and found a fix? Thanks! Aaron

I can only do screen share wen no one is connected to my meeting. But when my participant connect to my meeting, I can't screen share. A message pop saying I am restricted from screen sharing when external users are in the meeting. I am on a Windows desktop computer. Please help. Thank you!
