Zoom doesn't work

My Zoom hasn't worked in over 4 months. They refuse to help with their unstable platform.

 

I am losing business left and right because I can't use this platform.

 

How do I get them to help?

 

I am ready to go to the media

Can you provide some information about your situation?  Other than “it doesn’t work,” I don’t have anything to go on for troubleshooting.

  • What type of Zoom account do you have: Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise, etc. 
  • What errors are you getting, if any?
  • What diagnostic measures have you taken, and what were the results?
  • What type of device, operating system and version are to using?
  • Are you just using a web browser, or do you have the Zoom App installed? If so, what version of the Zoom App?
  • What type of Internet connection do you have: is your device connected by wire, WiFi, or cell service? Do you have hi-speed internet service or utilizing a public service?  Are you in a metro area, or rural/remote?

Your answers will give me some idea of how to help you.

Thanks so much, Ray. Basically, the only thing works about Zoom is them charging my credit card. Half the time when I'm running Zoom calls on my MAC desktop, it cuts off in the middle, dropping both my client and the member of the media they're meeting with. I can no longer sign on and run a call from the app on my phone. It constantly drops the calls. They refuse to ever respond to me other than when my bill is past due.

My Mac is running OS Monterey 12.6.8. 

On my laptop, I'm running the Zoom App

On my iPhone, I have the Zoom App 5.15.10 (9784)

I don't get any error messages on the laptop. It just quits in the middle of the session and logs everyone off.

Sometimes during log in, it won't let me see people in the waiting room and I look like a moron to my client and the media

My laptop is hardwired. We were trying to fix this

I haven't taken any diagnostic measures because Zoom told me to screw off.
