My team member and I need help asap.

 

I added a new user to my account so that she can run meetings for me when I am away.

 

When I purchased her licence, she received that email and followed the instructions that came with it. Note: She had/has a free, basic account before (I'm not sure if this is causing problems?)

 

Yesterday, we had 'practice' run. She and I both ended up in  different meetings. After trying a few things, resending her the meeting info etc we decided to log out and reset out devices.

 

At that point she as unable to log in.

 

I cannot find articles specific to these issues.

 

Can someone help, please?

Meeting Owl Pro

The instructions when using the Meeting Owl Pro states select Zoom as video conferencing software adn to select Meeting Owl as your mic, camera and speakers.  Does anyone know how to do that?  I'm not seeing any prompts on Zoom.

I received a message last week that I needed to update my Zoom software by November 1st. I am unsure where the "update" button is located? What will happen if I do not update by then and what does it update? Any help would be much appreciated! Show more

ZOOM SCREEN IS FREEZING DURING A MEETING WHEN SCREEN SHARING? I AM THE HOST

My screen freezes near the beginning of a screen shared meeting.  Closing zoom and restarting does not work. The only way to correct it is to restart my computer.  Very inconvenient during a meeting.

Help.

Currently when a meeting in outlook is moved, changed, canceled, whatever  the zoom app still pops up with a reminder for the original meeting time. Is there a way to connect bi-directionally, so that updates in Outlook are also updated in the Zoom ... Show more

Currently when a meeting in outlook is moved, changed, canceled, whatever 🙂 the zoom app still pops up with a reminder for the original meeting time. Is there a way to connect bi-directionally, so that updates in Outlook are also updated in the Zoom app, so that unnecessary reminders aren't popping up?

Similar issue - items on my calendar in Outlook that are not related to a zoom meeting all show up on my zoom app, taking up real estate. Is there an option to filter and only include zoom meetings in the zoom app? Or, can we request such a filter option?

I have Zoom add-on for Outlook 365. 

I have a weekly reunion (I'm the owner), and I want to change the finish time in ONE of the weeks, but when I send the new time there is an Error 4503.

There's no information in the internet about this error.

Does anybody know what's this code error?

I can not share my screen in some meetings

I am unable to share my screen in some meetings.  But this seems to be an issue only for me.  Everyone else in the meeting can share.  I have checked all the settings with the meeting host and the other related questions in this forum.  

 

It seems to be a problem just for me.

 

  • I don't have a screen sharing option on my screen. 
    • I see this message when I join the meeting 
      • WhatsApp Image 2023-08-18 at 4.54.20 PM.jpeg
      • Your are restricted from sharing in this meeting
  • *All* other meeting participants can share (logged in or guest).  
  • I am even the meeting co-host.
  • If i start a new meeting I can share my video in that meeting

What could be wrong? What have i missed? I have the latest version of Zoom. And as near as I can tell all the settings are correct ... but something is causing this strange interaction.

 

(By the way I have an older MacBook and this used to work.)
