I am facing a problem when I conduct a meeting and share a screen from MacBook. When I PUT the screen on full screen, the participants see a big border around and the screen becomes smaller. This doesn't happen when I conduct the same from any windows laptop. The screen size is my laptop (host) and participant is same. Then why it becomes smaller if I conduct the meeting from Mac ? What setting needs to be changed?

Anybody experience frequent sudden logout of zoom recently? Any solution? I thought it was due to unstable wifi connection, but some of my friend who is using the same zoom room experience same problem as well.
Has anyone experienced the Participant list not rearranging based on Name? I think it was part of a recent update. I reinstalled the app on my Lenovo Flex and its still out of order. I don't mind the order that much, but the list won't change, it use to bring open mics to the top and it won't do that either. We deal with large meetings(up to 200 participants) where I have to mute a few elderly ones that from time to time hit the mic button and it is hectic trying to track down the open mic while the speaker is on. the only thing that changes the order is when they raise their hands other than that the list is static, almost as if there is a setting to list people in the order they arrived. ??

Hi,
My registered avatar with a beautiful sunset isn't showing in meetings. It used to but not anymore.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. If this is so hard to do I don't get it.
There seems to be a bug where Zoom now forces me to launch a meeting in the browser (which I dislike greatly) when I click on a meeting link, rather than in the application. How do I make sure this never happens for my meetings? I've tried everything in my settings, but there does not seem to be any option that enables me to have a choice to now launch my meetings in the app vs. the browser. Does anyone have an easy fix for this? Please fix Zoom! This is a very annoying bug!

I've received several email notifications recently about someone entering my personal Zoom room when there isn't any meeting going on or scheduled. I set the "let participants enter before host" to only five minutes, thinking that this would keep the room "closed" until meeting time, but it doesn't seem to work that way. I do use the same personal meeting room identifier every time, so it looks to me like the link/invite I send out can always be used at any time -- even when I've not planned a meeting -- by folks who had received an invite from me earlier... but I didn't think that people would be able to come in and use the room when I haven't started or scheduled a meeting, and when I'm not there. Is this how it's "supposed" to work?

Hi all, I'm hoping I can get some help. I conduct weekly Zoom meetings for our business with clients across the U.S. Starting about 5 days ago I was on one of these meetings and I got dropped FOUR times! The clients were still on (nothing happens to them), and I don't receive an error message, I just get kicked off. Since about 5 days ago, I have had this same experience multiple times. We thought maybe it was our Internet, and got an Ethernet cable and a booster from our Internet provider and today did a test, and even though we are connecting directly to the Modem, we still had this issue. We also thought it might be the computer we were on and changed that too. We are still having the same problem. I am at a loss and have another Zoom meeting scheduled tomorrow with our clients that I can't cancel or postpone. It's beyond unprofessional when the host is dropping in and out throughout the call when I'm the one in charge of training. Can someone PLEASE help?
