User Management Groups Setting a default virtual background
Hi, we'd like set a default virtual image for all of the meetings that are held in our group of users. We thought we did everything right but our users who meet computer requirements don't see the background automatically appear and do not see the backgrounds in the options either.
We did the following:
- loaded the backgrounds and set them as "default"
- made sure that we have selected the "require users to always use virtual backgrounds"
- we locked the setting
Help! What are we missing? Is there a delay to see them? We changed the setting in the morning. It's been 6 hrs already. We have several thousand users in the group.
