Student marked late while in Zoom waiting room

My daughter is a medical student and was in a zoom waiting room today waiting for her exam to start. Her profressor marked her as late and not eligible to take the exam because she was in the waiting room. Is there a way to look up login times to demonstrate she clicked on the Zoom link timely?

Hi @btrainor welcome to the community! As the host, they will be notified when a participant enters the waiting room; it is therefore the host's responsibility to check who is admitted and waiting in the waiting room.

The Host can also Generate Active Host reports which the host can view who has participated within the meeting, along with duration and who has joined the meeting. (unaware if this shows waiting room join times, etc.)
