Is there any way to prevent the Zoom meeting from switching monitors when I move between breakout rooms? I use a lot of breakout rooms throughout the day, and try to keep the meeting on the same display. The meeting always returns to the primary display after I change breakout rooms.

We have all of our meetings scheduled through my Zoom account, but they are often run by others who have scheduling privileges. The recording links always go to me, the person who's account was used to schedule the meetings. This is fine when I'm in the office because I can forward the links on to the actual presenter, but when I'm not working the recordings are unavailable to the person who actually presented.

Is there a way to have recording links sent to the presenter or a different email address I could specify rather than always to the person who the meeting was scheduled for? Or can the recordings be made available to them through the web interface somehow?

When participating in Zoom meetings, my companions can perfectly hear what I say. However, I am encountering difficulties in hearing them clearly when they speak. The audio quality on my end seems to be suboptimal.

I have already checked the audio settings and tested my speakers, but the issue persists. What is the problem?

I have a Mac-Sonoma. I get spontaneous hand gestures appearing on my screen without prompting. I have checked all my settings on zoom and had a Genius Bar session at the Apple Store and apparently I have done everything correctly and have been told that there is nothing more that I can do. Essentially I am told "too bad - I can't help". Not happy

Has anyone encountered this and can anyone help out?

I'd love some help! I recorded a zoom meeting to the cloud last night in gallery view. Both me and the second person were visible on my screen; a prerequisite for submitting this recording towards a professional development requirement. However, when I checked the recording itself. it is in speaker view only, with each person being seen at a time, without even a smaller picture being present! I went back to check my recording settings and see that I need to change the setting for the future. However, does anyone know if there is a way to salvage this video by getting hold of the recording in the gallery view that I had on my screen?

If anyone has any clarity on this I'd really appreciate it!
