Hi, I have a Zoom One Pro account. I would like to set up two general links for use at any time. From the forum, I already know that I need to do this through 'recurring meetings.' But I wonder if such links will not block my ability to use the account for other meetings?If I set up two such general links, and if the meetings happen at the same time, will they not block each other? How many meetings can occur simultaneously?

Hello, I am desperate looking for settings where I can change the design of Clips recordings. I want to record my shared screen (powerpoint slides) and have the video of me talking on top of the presentation - not beside the presentation slides! Is it the only way to record in Clips - having your video beside the presentation? Problem is that the presentation will then get too small for the students to watch? I think that I somewhere could chose how the video/webcam of me would appear on the screen, but I have looked everywhere, cant find any settings. Please help! I need urgent help with this. Thanks. 

I'm having a (new??) issue specifically with the mobile version of Chrome browser and Zoom's Shared Screen. When playing a video on the mobile Chrome Browser while Sharing Screen, the other meeting participants cannot hear the video sound. Yes, Share Audio is selected on the tablet. 

• I was able to replicate the problem on mobile Chrome apps on both a Galaxy S6 Lite tablet and Galaxy A725G phone
• It seems to only be the mobile version of Chrome - not the desktop Chrome. 
• I'm unsure if it's a new problem - but I'm sure I've used Chrome during Share Screen before w/o issue. So I'm going to say it's new.
• I have made sure to click the "share audio" button that shows up when Sharing Screen from a mobile device.

I have a single monitor (PC). I am sharing PowerPoint in presenter view, with viewer seeing full screen and presenter seeing presenter view with notes. I have links to external videos and websites within my presentation, and the viewer follows when I move to those, but when I return to PowerPoint presentation, the audience starts seeing my presenter view with notes. Any suggestions for how I can return to them seeing full screen while only presenter sees notes please?

I manage a small nonprofit organization. We have a Gmail account with the format [organization name] @ gmail.com, and then we have a Zoom account associated with that Gmail account so that we can host meetings from a Zoom associated with the organization name (rather than having individual people host meetings).

However, we need to be able to grant host access to the meetings to anyone who might be hosting. Similar to what the poster described in the link above, we sometimes need to switch hosts at the last minute, e.g. if someone is a no-show or if someone's availability changes. The event must go on!

Our plan is to use Gmail delegate access to allow several users to have access to the associated gmail account, so that they can log into the organization's Zoom and host the meeting if need be. But Gmail limits the number of delegates to 10, and we have on the order of 20 people who might need to host an event. So this solution won't be workable for us in the long term.

What is your procedure for allowing Zoom meetings to be scheduled and hosted by an organization, as opposed to by an individual, with any number of people allowed to start the meeting?

I have scheduling privileges for three very busy colleagues. I used to have Zoom reminders set to remind me 10 mins before my meetings. Problem is, I now get reminders for my meetings as well as the meetings of the three people who have given me scheduling privileges. I had to turn reminders off because there were so many and now I miss being reminded for the meetings on my schedule.

The same goes for my status in the Zoom client. My status is "In calendar event" all day every day because of the others' schedules.

Am I missing something? Is there some way to set the reminders and status to work only with my meetings and ignore those of anyone who has given me scheduling privileges?

My company works on dual monitors.  For training purposes it would be useful to be able to show both of my screens to the person I am training at the same time.  I've seen the notes on going to settings, general and selecting Use dual monitors check box but when I follow those directions, there is no check box for Use dual monitors.  Would that be based on the product/plan my company purchased or should all paid users be able to see this function?  We sign in through an SSO (if that matters). 

I have found a repeatable bug which causes zoom to crash. Every time I'm in a zoom meeting where I have joined a breakout room, if the teacher keeps/starts sharing the screen with the option 'share to breakout rooms' selected once the sharing becomes active my zoominstance auto scales to fullscreen freezes and abruptly stops.

The logs have couple mentions of missiing args right before the crash but might also be unrelated:

QString::arg: Argument missing: You are viewing 's screen

Journalctl just has

kernel: zoom[<uid>]: segfault at ... ... error 4 in libQt5Gui.so.5[...] likely on CPU 3 (core 3, socket 0)

and then the core dump.

Version in use is the lates linux 5.17.1 and I have tested with AUR package and the Arch/Manjaro package from zoom's download center. I also have done a clean install and made sure that all the dependencies are up to date.
