Allow Audio Sharing without Screen Sharing on Mobile
Hey, just wanted to throw out some feedback. You can't just share audio without video on the Zoom Mobile app. It would be nice if this was a feature!

Hello Community,
I have a Zoom One Pro license and also subscribed to Zoom Scheduler. Zoom Scheduler allows to book appointments for Zoom meetings directly on my website. This works as far as it goes. However, I would like to simplify the booking process for me by syncing Zoom and my Google Calendar. As soon as I block a time slot in Google Calendar, this time slot should also no longer show up as an available appointment on my website. Even though I linked Google Calendar in the Zoom account and clicked sync, it doesn't work. When I block a time slot in Google Calendar, it still shows up as available on Zoom. Does anyone know this problem and has been able to resolve it?

My company is on the Business Plan. Staff are all Basic Members of this plan. We provide networking opportunities to our clients. As part of this we set up meetings between individual clients and network matches. We can have up to 20 of these meetings happening simultaneously on any given day. What we would like to be able to do is set up the meetings all through one or two Zoom accounts for the client and their match to meet using the link we provide. This, as you might imagine, has not been working quite as planned. It's important that we are the ones who control the meeting link so that we can adjust things if anything happens either with the client, the match, or with us. We have other meetings that happen simultaneously out of one account, but we believe we've been able to get away with it due to having alternate hosts that are from within the same organizations. So this leads me to ask: Is there a Zoom Plan that would allow multiple simultaneous meetings in one account without alternative hosts? Is there a Zoom Plan that would allow alternative hosts from outside of the organization? There are many reasons as to why we don't want to do breakout rooms, but if there's another solution that might solve this for us on Zoom (even if it means upgrading to a different plan) I'd love to hear thoughts! Thank you!

When I try to test Zoom on my desktop Windows 11 PC, I get this error: "Invalid meeting ID Please check and try again." To me, that does not make sense, since I'm only visiting this URL (not creating a meeting ID): https://zoom.us/test My Zoom version is up to date, since I downloaded & installed it 2 days ago. Additional Clue: It often takes 10 minutes for the Zoom desktop client to open, after I initiate a test. Even though I keep the Zoom desktop app icon in my taskbar. How do I fix this?

I've selected the option to record tracks separately but I can't find the audio only files. I'm getting two different video options but want the audio only files to edit into a radio broadcast. Can anyone tell me where they're located?

Only on Zoom and not all the time my picture appears upside down when I am responding to someone else's invitation. I have just read how to rotate the camera. But why should that have to be done. My camera works perfectly fine on every other platform ( Microsoft Teams, Doxy, Google meet, etc.) so why is this only happening with Zoom and only with some invites?

I use the free version of zoom to meet with friends during covid. The last few weeks when I set up a meeting and then send the invitation for the meeting (by email from the zoom meetings link on zoom app, iPad) the invitation states the time and date I created the meeting as the meeting time. The meeting still shows in my meetings on zoom as the correct time and date but the invitation is incorrect. I know this is confusing and I’m not articulating well but this is what happens. On Sat. Nov 20 at 7 am I begin to set up a meeting for Sunday Nov 21 at 6 pm. I create the meeting and it saves correctly in my meetings. I then go into the meeting and send the email invite to the participants. When they go to look at the meeting it says it is starting on Sat. Nov 20 at 7 am. I have done this many times in the past without this problem, it just started to misbehave in the last few weeks. What am I doing wrong? thanks in advance

I have recorded a video through the zoom desktop client. Recorded it to the local disk, not uploaded to the cloud not down loaded from the clouds. The video is from a Canon Vixia, connected through a Can Link 4K. The audio is coming through a Roland Cakewalk UA 25 EX, USB Audio Capture, vocals into that from an Audio Technics microphone, guitar plugged straight in from the internal pickup. When I play it back on my own computer, that recorded it originally, the audio and video and out of sync, not hugely, but noticeably. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have not found this problem discussed anywhere. Thanks,
Dougal

I am trying to add a video to my waiting room, but I can't seem to get the proper dimensions as there's a lot of empty black space showing around my video. Does anyone know what the correct dimensions should be?
I have hearing disability and wear hearing aids.. I hear best when I stream audio from my phone to my hearing aids via bluetooth. However I am unable to do that on Zoom, I am not finding any settings that allow me to do that, and zoom forces me to use my phone speakers and disable any ability to mute because it automatically becomes unmuted. Anyone else able to overcome this issue ?
