Video Resolution
Is there any way to scale up the resolution of the video being sent/received?
I understand there is a resolution limit imposed for group meetings, but if my hardware allows, could we broadcast at a higher resolution?

Hi there,
I'm having a similar problem to (this issue)[https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Allowing-anyone-in-organization-to-start-meeting-be-assigned-as/m-p/91368#M50986], though it looks like it was never resolved.
I manage a small nonprofit organization. We have a Gmail account with the format [organization name] @ gmail.com, and then we have a Zoom account associated with that Gmail account so that we can host meetings from a Zoom associated with the organization name (rather than having individual people host meetings).
However, we need to be able to grant host access to the meetings to anyone who might be hosting. Similar to what the poster described in the link above, we sometimes need to switch hosts at the last minute, e.g. if someone is a no-show or if someone's availability changes. The event must go on!
Our plan is to use Gmail delegate access to allow several users to have access to the associated gmail account, so that they can log into the organization's Zoom and host the meeting if need be. But Gmail limits the number of delegates to 10, and we have on the order of 20 people who might need to host an event. So this solution won't be workable for us in the long term.
What is your procedure for allowing Zoom meetings to be scheduled and hosted by an organization, as opposed to by an individual, with any number of people allowed to start the meeting?

Now you can only download the cloud recording file of one meeting at a time. It takes a long time to download the recording files of 200 meetings. How can I download the recording files in batches?
I have scheduling privileges for three very busy colleagues. I used to have Zoom reminders set to remind me 10 mins before my meetings. Problem is, I now get reminders for my meetings as well as the meetings of the three people who have given me scheduling privileges. I had to turn reminders off because there were so many and now I miss being reminded for the meetings on my schedule. The same goes for my status in the Zoom client. My status is "In calendar event" all day every day because of the others' schedules. Am I missing something? Is there some way to set the reminders and status to work only with my meetings and ignore those of anyone who has given me scheduling privileges? Thanks!!

My company works on dual monitors. For training purposes it would be useful to be able to show both of my screens to the person I am training at the same time. I've seen the notes on going to settings, general and selecting Use dual monitors check box but when I follow those directions, there is no check box for Use dual monitors. Would that be based on the product/plan my company purchased or should all paid users be able to see this function? We sign in through an SSO (if that matters).

I have found a repeatable bug which causes zoom to crash. Every time I'm in a zoom meeting where I have joined a breakout room, if the teacher keeps/starts sharing the screen with the option 'share to breakout rooms' selected once the sharing becomes active my zoominstance auto scales to fullscreen freezes and abruptly stops. The logs have couple mentions of missiing args right before the crash but might also be unrelated: QString::arg: Argument missing: You are viewing 's screen Journalctl just has kernel: zoom[<uid>]: segfault at ... ... error 4 in libQt5Gui.so.5[...] likely on CPU 3 (core 3, socket 0) and then the core dump. Version in use is the lates linux 5.17.1 and I have tested with AUR package and the Arch/Manjaro package from zoom's download center. I also have done a clean install and made sure that all the dependencies are up to date.

I use zoom for meetings with friends. But I have long wondered, about this: Can one place a short normal .mp4/.Mov on the background of the small screens during the meetings, and hear also the sound on the video? adtelier
I do not want to share screen or do other movements. Just think it could be fun to, for instance show a video of a forest behind my GreenScreen background and be able to let the other folks hear the sound of the forest shown on the video.
Anyone out there with a comment, tip, etc. ?
Will appreciate

I receive this error when I try adding the meeting to my Google calendar. I provided read-and-write access, but the error is persistent.
I have a weekly (recurring) Zoom meeting which is always at the same time, and usually has about 50 participants. This week, however, the Zoom meeting is an hour than usual, and I'm not sure that all participants have got the message (or will remember) that it's an hour later. I'd like to create a custom message for those who join at the usual time to remind them about the time change. And I don't want to have to be present on the Zoom meeting either. I tried making a custom waiting room message, but it seems that participants are not actually placed in the waiting room unless I have already started the meeting. If participants join early and I'm not on Zoom, then they only see the message 'Waiting for the host to start this meeting', with the Time field set to 'This is a recurring meeting'. Any thoughts on how I might do this?

Hi,
I hope someone can help 🙂
We have a big meeting planned for tomorrow and we are currently running a test. We are using my account.
The person I want to make the Host for the meeting cannot unmute on her computer.
She can log on using her phone and unmute.
If we set up another test meeting using another account she can also unmute her computer (so not an issue with her microphone)
What setting on her computer on this particular account might be causing her not to be able to unmute?
Any help would be really appreciated. 🙂
