Waiting room video with sound - can sound be unmuted automaticly?

I have a paid Zoom and I just uploaded a video with sound for my waiting room.

Before I let my participants in I have a "elevator music" with a pictureso they see that they will be let in soon.

The problem is that music is automaticly muted and if there's an option that sound starts playing automaticly.

If I can't do this is there another solution for this? I just want music in a waiting room with a picture.

Following!! I'm having the same problem.

When our people enter waiting room, in past I would make sure their mic & camera turned off (muted) I would Welcome them & verbally do a count down for voice check. They would all tell me in chat they heard me. I then turned on my CD player with appropriate music & no one can hear it! This does NOT make any sense! Anyone understand this?? Please???

Did anyone answer your question about how sound can actually play in the waiting room? I used both loom and Zoom downloadable videos. The video worked on the admin side but did not play in the waiting room.

I appreciate any support.
