I am getting error code 1132 which I am told mans I have been reported for violating rules which as far as I know is not something I have done, is there anyone who is able tell me which rules I have allegedly violated

Frustrated. Irritated. About to go to another platform. 

 

Here is the Knowledge Base suggestion for a solution:

 

  • Disable the audio control maxxAudio, Bang & Olufsen, LG Smart Assistant software, or any similar software on your computer or uninstall it then restart the computer.
  • Update any audio drivers on your computer.
  • Disable audio enhancements on your computer.

 

Where can I go to disable audio enhancements on my computer? Can't find it in settings.

audio issues

Since the update, participants can hear me talk, but when I play music from my phone or iTunes on laptop, they say they can't hear the music or it's muffled. Also, they can't hear my cuing anymore. I have been teaching online since COVID struck three... Show more

Since the update, participants can hear me talk, but when I play music from my phone or iTunes on laptop, they say they can't hear the music or it's muffled. Also, they can't hear my cuing anymore.  I have been teaching online since COVID struck three years ago. Never a problem, until the recent update. Any ideas of why? or what I can do to fix it?

Не удается поставить виртуальный фон на MAC

Пару месяцев назад пропала возможность установки размытого виртуального фона. Прикладываю скриншоты версии ПК и как криво ставится фон сейчас. Без галочки "У меня есть зеленый фон", настройки вообще не включаются. А с этой галочкой фон стирает лицо. Show more

I am co-host. Everyone can hear participant except me. I hear everyone else.

I am in a meeting with about 12 participants.  I can hear all of the participants except one.  Everyone else can hear this participant but I can't.  This has happened multiple times.

Hi Everyone!

 

At times when I click the Join button for a Zoom meeting it turns grey and the popup for the meeting ID does not show up. Also, when I try joining from the browser, it just shows the home screen of Zoom with the Join, New Meeting, and Share Screen buttons greyed out.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating Zoom, updating my laptop (Surface Pro Windows 11), and restarting my laptop, and none of it works.

Any guidance would be appreciated because this happens at the worst of times.
