Is anyone else having issues with ZOOM connecting international calls?

I scheduled a call for this morning, one party in the U.S., the other in the U.K. Both parties were able to dial-in to ZOOM using the phone numbers, meeting ID and passcode provided by ZOOM. However, ZOOM never connected them to each other.

This is the third time this has happened. The two prior incidents were reported to ZOOM, ZOOM did nothing to find the cause of the problem, talking in circles to make it appear they didn't understand the problem (which could not be clearer), never actually addressing the problem.

When I tried contacting technical support after this morning's incident, not only was ZOOM's automated system unable to find the meeting ID, they couldn't find our account. I then called the sales department (the only way to reach a live person). Sales was able to find the account with no problem, but refused to put me through to technical support.

No sound on Zoom

I cannot hear sound from Zoom Meetings. I can be heard if I speak. I can hear sound from You Tube and from the test speaker in windows settings. I have no problems with my lap top.

can an attendee use a mobile phone call to call into a pro one meeting?

zoom cannot set up to connect to the Chinese data center network

zoom cannot set the connection to the Chinese data center network, and there is no way to select the Chinese network in the general Settings, so I can use the Chinese data center with another account. I don't know why and how to solve it

I was joining a meeting and it said I had my mic was on when I was muted, then it said host as stopped Ur screen sharing when I was not screen-sharing.  Does anyone know what is happening

Normally I should be following my class right now but I always get the message that I am not authorized to join the meeting. When looking up how to link my account to an organization I find this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360042068932-Linking-accounts-to-an-organization but these steps simply do not appear on my settings page? (check file) There are no buttons to 'Link account to an organization' or anything? Anyone familiar with this issue and how to fix it?

Hey! Ich habe vor einer Stunde ein Upgrade per Sofort Überweisung durchgeführt, um am Montag 10:00 ein Interview, das über 40 Min gehen soll, zu führen. Das Geld ist abgebucht. Dennoch habe ich immer noch das Basic Paket.Wie lange dauert das Upgrade?... Show more

Wie lange dauert das Upgrade? Sollte es noch vor Montag erfolgen, werden alle anstehenden Meetings automatisch über 40 Minuten laufen, oder muss ich ein neues Meeting erstellen?

1) When I hold a conference, my devices are being logged out. This has happened recently on both my admin and member accounts. I think there are no other devices log in at the same time. Does anyone know what happened?

 

2) I scheduled a recurring meeting last month. After the last date of that meeting, I want to keep the same settings, conference link, and password. Is it possible to do that? I just cannot find the original meeting after the last meeting finished.

I've had two ZOOM meetings.  The first one had sound/speakers, but the second one did not have sound from me.  I could hear host.  I have windows 10 and under Settings there is nothing to click for Audio/Speaker settings.  Shows I'm connected through computer??   I tried unmuting a speaker on screen during the ZOOM session but did not work.  What am I missing? Thx

I recently encountered an interesting issue with Xoom, and I thought I'd reach out to the community for some guidance. Here's the situation: I've been trying to set up virtual backgrounds on Xoom, and I've noticed a peculiar difference in functionality between my Mac and my Android device.

On my Mac, I've had no trouble uploading and using virtual backgrounds for my video calls on Xoom. It's a fantastic feature that adds a touch of professionalism and creativity to my meetings. However, when I attempted to do the same on my Android device, I hit a roadblock. The option to upload a virtual background simply isn't available.

Now, I'm left wondering if this disparity in functionality might be due to my free user status on Xoom. Could it be that paid users have the benefit of using virtual backgrounds on Android, while free users are limited to the Mac platform?

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has some insights into this matter, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. It's possible that there's a workaround or specific settings I need to adjust, and I'm eager to make the most of this feature on all my devices.
