Hi, ever since the last update, Oct 2nd I think, my students on a Mac laptop, probably using Safari as their webrowser have not been able to link to my meetings. No issues with students who use a pc.
Has the new update altered the plugin and therefore the links do not work?

Are there any privacy/security settings you can put in place for a zoom meeting?  In Microsoft Teams, we are able to control who can share their screen (for example). Do settings like this exist?  We also need to lock down the ability to record.  I'm not able to locate settings within Outlook or in the Zoom app.

Here my question:

I have the Basic Plus for 6.49 EUR with 4 meetings 80 Minutes.

How can I specify the 80 minutes for a meeting? When I want to create a new meeting it says that this meeting has 40 mins. How can I specify that I will use the 80 minutes at a specific meeting?

I used to sign on to a meeting on my phone and the app on my computer would offer to allow me to switch to the computer from the phone.  Recently, that option has stopped. I looked up a fix online and the information I found should have helped but the option it suggests doesn't show up for me in account settings.

Any help with this is appreciated.  Also, the app switched my avatar pic to an old one... just did it on its own.  What's with that?

At the end of my recorded meeting, I get a notification that my recording is available for download. However, when I browse to the folder to save the recording, there is usually also a transcript, a chat file, and perhaps a closed caption file saved. I am able to save the first file (the recording) in my chosen folder, but Zoom does not remember the folder I browsed to and goes back to the last one used. This is super annoying because it is often some random folder on my hard drive and I have to go hunt for the files or re-download. It would be so much nicer if Zoom would remember the folder I browsed to and use that for the other files I immediately download next. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Can anyone help? I've recently encountered something very strange in Zoom (I'm on the Pro plan). My Logitech C920 (1080p) has suddenly started showing in VERY poor low res on Zoom meetings. However, when I start a new piece of software that uses the camera (e.g. Quicktime), the image on Zoom suddenly shifts back into HD. This would be a fine workaround except that every time I toggle 'stop/start' video, it goes back to super SD again. 

I'm using:

- A late 2015 iMac (but with a brand new external SSD running the OS)

- OS is Monterey 12.2.1 

I have tried:

- Turning on/toggling HD in Settlngs/Video

- Checking my 'Optimise video quality...' and 'Use hardware accelerator...' are turned on in 'Advanced'.

- Turning on 'Group HD video' in Settings.

- Uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. 

Weirdly, the camera seems to work fine on my Macbook Pro.

Does anyone have a solution? I'd be so grateful.

The link in the meeting information to join by audio only includes the phone number but not the meeting ID. The link will call the phone number, but I still have to type in the meeting ID manually. I am using the calendar app that came with the iPhone 13. I tried google calendar but that didn't work at all (the phone number and meeting ID were shown, but they weren't a link). How can I use 'one tap mobile' for Zoom on iPhone 13? (It works fine on Android).
