I recently upgraded to the new M1 iMac 24" with 16GB ram. Before this upgrade, I owned a late 2015 27" iMac with 8GB ram. Since upgrading, my AirPlay Screen Sharing to my iPad Pro is taking considerably longer. In fact, it usually takes around 16-20 seconds to connect to the device. This is really valuable wasted time when trying to teach online. It was an almost instant connection with the old computer. I've checked to make sure I have updated to the most recent version of Zoom and the latest operating system. I've also tried restarting the iPad and computer.

I reached out to Apple first, and they suggested I contact Zoom.

Hello,

I am a teacher using Zoom to teach my classes online. Since I updated to the latest version of Zoom (5.15.7), my students can no longer see my annotations and drawings on the shared screen. They would see what I write on the screen but soon after all the annotations disappear on their screens. I can still see what I write on my screen but they don't. I suspect the issue has something to do with the pause button on the shared screen. Every time I hit the pause button, the annotations disappear on my student's screens. Even when I hit resume, my annotations wouldn't show up on their screens again.

I had to downgrade to version 5.14.11 of Zoom and things are working just fine now. I want to be able to use the latest version of Zoom without this issue. Please help!

Thank you!

When I set up recurring meetings in Outlook 365 and add a Zoom link using the add-on for my boss (so basically, on her calendar using her Zoom links), she often gets Invalid Meeting ID error messages if the meeting is moved. Is there a way to prevent this? I don't set up meetings directly in Zoom.

'You haven't added any attendees' <-- how to turn this bloody thing off

I host and join multiple unique and recurring meetings each week. I need to be able to run a report of all the meetings I attended from any device. This functionality would assist with time charging and client billing for past meetings, and metrics and trending for future project estimating.

Fields that would be helpful in the report:

Meeting ID

Meeting host

Meeting topic

Date and time joined (including time zone)

Date and time leaving or duration of time in attendance

Device used to access the meeting

Hi,

Yesterday I was hosting a meeting with polls.  I arrived to the room and checked the polls and they were there.  I proceeded to start the meeting and I noticed someone signed in as me but I didn't give it much thought.  Then when I tried to launch the polls, it said I didn't have access because I was logged in on another device.  Did that person have access to my polls?  I was surprised that would happen because I was the host of the meeting and this person was temporarily made to be a cohost.
