On my personal account, I am unable to log in. Every time I try, it says account is disabled. I've read the updated policy. I've opened a ticket more than 3 days ago (no one responded). I even tried to post in the community chat, but it kept saying my account is disable with code 1003. Now, it is telling me to contact the owner or administrator. I am the owner. I tried calling the support number. However, I only have my meeting ID number. I do not have the other number they are asking for to verify because I am locked out (in order for me to get that number, I have to be signed in). Likewise, when I reach out for support with the chat box, it's prompting me to sign in which is dumb because I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SIGN IN. This is frustrating! I use my personal zoom for family meetings and now I do NOT have access. No email notification. NOTHING! I am not sure why this is happening to me, but I definitely need this situation solved ASAP. I cannot post any personal information (how would someone in admin reach out to me directly???) I do need help, please.

Instale el programa Zoom, inmediatamente me dio la opción de realizar una reunión muestra, la programe para realizarse en 30 minutos despues de su instalación, e inicie y la grabe, al acaberse el tiempo se cerro, pero no me envió el link de la grabación al correo, tampoco lo guardo en mi PC, quisiera saber como puedo recuperar esa grabación? o si ustedes me la pueden proporcionar?

New Pixel Buds Pro Unable to connect to Zoom

I just received a new pair of Pixel Buds Pro earbuds. I can pair them to my Dell laptop, hear music, etc., but when I attempt to connect them to Zoom to use with my daily calls, the Pixel Buds Pro earbuds are not an available option to use as a microphone or listening device. I am using Microsoft Windows 11.

 

Any ideas?

Connection Stability Issues

I recently upgraded my Internet provider from Comcast (1,000Mbps) to Google Fiber (5,000Mbps) and my Zoom connection is consistently unstable. Are there specific settings I should be aware of?

Hi does anyone know if the videos in the zoom learning center can be watched multiple times. I watched them once and did not take notes, thinking I was going to be able to watch them again. The courses will not re-open since it's saying I completed them. what's the point of this learning center, if you get locked out of the tutorials. Thanks

I recently added two new users to my account.  They accepted the license invitations and set-up their accounts.  I can see from the admin console that the account set-up is complete.  One of my colleagues logged in and is seeing the message that she is limited to the 40 minute free version.  I pay for a Pro account.  Does anyone have a fix for this or know what I should do to correct it?  TYIA.

Hello everyone, I currently have the following situation:
 
When creating a meeting in Zoom and downloading the .ics and sending the meeting to a Vido Cisco Room Bar device and trying to join the meeting from this device, the following message appears:

"incorrect or incomplete meeting details, please provide the correct meeting ID and passcode"

This only happens when the invitation is sent by downloading the .ics

Could anyone help me please?

Hola a todos, actualmente tengo la siguiente situación: 
Al generar una reunión en Zoom y descargar los .ics y al enviar la reunión a un dispositivo Vido Cisco Room Bar y al intentar ingresar a la reunión desde este dispositivo, aparece el siguiente mensaje: 
" detalles de la reunión incorrectos o incompletos, proporcione el ID de la reunión y el código de acceso correctos" 
Esto solo sucede cuando la invitación se envía descargando el .ics

¿Alguien podría ayudarme por favor?

Hello, Apologies I am relatively new to all this so appreciate your patience. 

For the last year,  I have been teaching a weekly class using a recurring meeting on zoom. Recently a message started going out saying that registration "was closed" when a student would register.  I assumed I hit the 4999 cap. I deleted the rest of the meetings and started another meeting link and sent it out to the several 1000 people registered. (Only about 20 people attend at any given time since it is a drop in class)

However the link is no longer showing up as an upcoming meeting on my computer...but it is showing up on the zoom app on my phone. Is there a way to somehow sync or get the web app to see the upcoming meeting that shows up on my phone?

I don't want to have create another meeting link because this will involve more email and website change which involves other people getting involved...as well as being confusing for those who are struggling already.  It is a problem because I use my computer a lot.  This happened another time before, and it required me to start the meeting on my phone, then open my computer and assign my web zoom as the host.
