I created a meeting and shared the link with my colleagues with a basic account.  We learned that the meeting would extend the 40 minutes so we updated to a licensed account.  Will the meeting link still work or do we need to create a new one so we don't get kicked out after 40 minutes.  Thank you in advance.

I need some help. I was in court and we normally use Zoom to show videos or audios on a television screen. We all signed into a meeting room. I then hit the share content button and selected iCloud Drive. Within a file on iCloud, I selected a 20 minute video to play. I received a message that said "Frame Load interrupted". It looked like the video came up on the screen. However, when I hit play on my iPad, it would play on the iPad but not on the TV screen. I also could not hear the audio on the screen.

What am I doing wrong or what am I missing?  Thank you. 

I have a recurring issue that when in meetings I get stuck in the participants list and cannot exit. The participants panel continues to respond, but I ma unable to exit, leave meeting or access chat. Is there a quick fix? Currently I have to turn off power to my iPad, power up again, and re-enter the meeting. Inconvenient  when I am hosting a large meeting of up to 200 people.

We’ve had Zoom meetings with family at same time each week for about two years.  Yesterday, despite sending multiple invites and cancellations, none were received by family members.  We even asked another party to issue the meeting link, but that also fell on stony ground. We decided to call it a day and try today. 

Miraculously, all the emails were received today😡😡

We’ve had the odd video and audio glitch, but nothing like this. 

Clearly a glitch in system/servers overwhelmed yesterday? 

Has this happened to others?

How can I set my video in Zoom to portrait view instead of landscape?
I saw a youtube video saying I could do that by clicking on my profile icon and then selecting "Switch to portrait view", but when I click on the icon, I do not get any option for "switch to portrait view".

I recently purchased an external webcam and have issues with the video lagging on Zoom only. I have no issues with my integrated webcam on my dell laptop and Zoom and have no issues with the webcam and other programs. My internet connection is great. I have been attempting to adjust settings on the webcam, my computer, and Zoom and have had no luck fixing the lag.

Since updating my macbook:

1. Need to sign in each login, even though remember my login is checked.

2. Cannot choose a background

3. Cannot launch a meeting from the desktop app.

So far., I have:

1. Deleted and reinstalled 

2. Temp Disabled my antivirus progam during attempt to launch.

After class, I always share the recording in case students want to review anything, but I do not want them to be able to download the recordings.

The "Share Settings" menu just changed, and now the "Viewers can download" option is automatically selected. Is there any way to disable this for all recordings/meetings without having to do it on every individual recording that I share?
