I am trying to connect my account to a CRM but i am getting this prompt saying it is still connected with my previous client CRM. Is there any way I can manage it on my zoom account. I need to disconnect that integration. Please let me know if anyone here knows how to fix this, Thank you

Hello! I'm running Zoom version 5.16.2 on a MacBook Pro from 2020 with the M1 chip. I recorded a meeting and wanted to record the participants' video as well as the screen share. My settings have "record video during screen sharing" and "place video next to shared screen in the recording" checked "on" but no participant video was recorded only the screen share. In August with the same settings I was able to record both without any issue. Is there any way to salvage the recording so that we don't have to re-record the 1 hour webinar? And how to make it capture both the participant video and the screen share in the recording next time?

When I screen share on a meeting, those who are viewing see the colors as bright and highly saturated which is different to the colors on my screen.
Hello I am an Admin Assistant and I am organizing Zoom meetings for the team or my boss without attending them on a regular basis. Now it happened again that I mistakenly added my Zoom links in two meetings happening at the same time. Is there no way that Zoom would warn me in a case of double-booking? Or that I can adapt settings in a way to prevent participants of the meeting starting later on to ending up in a meeting room that is already going on? I will pay closer attention the next time but there has to be a solution how the tool itself can support me in avoiding these mistakes. I can't be the only one with this issue... Many thanks for your support.

Hi,
I recently set up a facebook live streaming from Zoom and I selected just one facebook group. I tried streaming live on another facebook group but it doesn't populate upon clicking on the drop down arrow. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Hi everyone. please help me if you know the solution. 1) What type of Zoom contract is needed to be able to hold a meeting with "relais" interpreting? The relais interpreting is when the interpreter translates both from the speaker and from another interpreter's translation. Therefore, the interpreter must be able to hear both the speaker's audio and that of another interpreter through headphones. For example: Interpreter 1: Spanish-Chinese. Interpreter 2: Italian-Spanish. Speaker: Italian. Development: Interpreter 2: translates the Italian Speaker into Spanish; Interpreter 1 (who speaks Spanish and Chinese but does not speak Italian) listens the Spanish text from the interpreter 2 (who translates from Italian to Spanish) and translates into Chinese. This speaker 1 needs to have access to the voice of the Interpreter 2, but, also, access to the voice of Speakers when it is from Spanish or Chinese. Summary: 3 languages, 2 interpreters, with relay modality. 2) Is this function possible with the Zoom PRO contract? Thank you to everyone who can support me.
3) And, how is this function managed? How many rooms are needed, for 2 interpreters and 3 languages? Are there clear instructions to manage this function?

Hi, I use Zoom as an Interpreter. On many occasions, I use my smartphone with Android System and switch between English<>French without any issue. Recently, whenever I use the phone, I see the interpretation icons are inactive. I even used a different phone with a different account, and got the same issue. Which means I can't interpret, and sometimes they hear me talking in the main floor. Please if anyone can advise how to solve this issue. Thank you. Rachid

Recorded a meeting locally as a guest (not as host, not signed in). I cant find the recording anywhere on my device. Any advice? This is an extremely important recording so I really need to locate!
