Hi, I am trying to figure out a way for myself and my team to be able to all access usage reports from training meetings that we conduct on a regular basis.  The goal is to be able to track the list of participants by name.  However, we have an enterprise license at my company so I don't have admin rights to grant usage report permissions to my team.  Has anyone had this issue and if so, are there any good workarounds?

Recording via the web browser

I did check help files before posting but didn't completely understand the response.

I have a free zoom account.

I was in a meeting via the browser rather than the desktop client.

I hit record - the voice said meeting being recorded...

I can't find the recording on my computer.  When I used to use the desktop client it would give me a "converting" message or something similar... i got nothing when I left the meeting on the web browser.

If I understood the help file correctly - because I have a free account, I can't actually record to my computer (or the cloud) from the web browser?  that seems to be what it was saying.

If that is correct - is there some reason there isn't a warning pop up that could have said so?  Or maybe just don't have the record option available if I can't actually record?

I was going to contact support directly but as I have a free account, that doesn't seem to be an option either.

I appreciate any insight anybody can provide, as I've just appeared to lose an entire 30 minute assignment that I cannot reproduce.

Does anyone know how to enable the Poll Library. I don't see any Poll tab in Meeting section to manage my Polls.

Zoom randomly reassigns host

We do hybrid meetings from our church but our internet is wonky. Last week the host's computer was thrown out of the meeting and Zoom randomly reassigned Zoom to someone else, who was not at her computer and isn't Zoom-savvy anyway. So when the origi... Show more

We do hybrid meetings from our church but our internet is wonky.  Last week the host's computer was thrown out of the meeting and Zoom randomly reassigned Zoom to someone else, who was not at her computer and isn't Zoom-savvy anyway.  So when the original host got back into the meeting, he couldn't mute the new "host" when she took a phone call.  Can we set Zoom to *not* reassign the host and to just let the meeting be hostless?

Audio when joining a teams meeting is always choppy from the device where the audio in from other parties in fine, joining a zoom or webex on the same device the audio is fine. Have updated firmware on DTEN and am running the latest zoom app but cannot resolve the issue. Anyone else have this same experience and if so any suggestions on how to resolve it

Where does a recording go if a guest starts it?

Hi everyone. I let a guest in a zoom meeting record the meeting and allowed it when I was given the prompt to let the guest record. However, when the meeting ended neither I or the guest received a recording of the meeting? May I ask if anyone knows where it may have went? Or if it did not complete and neither of us have it? I was given no other prompts when I ended the meeting after the guest left.

Zoom app says that host is in another meeting when I am not in another meeting.

Participants are unable to enter the zoom meeting because they are told that the host is in another meeting. The host is not in another meeting.

The conference sound has disappeared. I checked the speaker, the test sound is not heard. The speakers are chosen correctly. Although the speakers work in other applications. I tried to turn on YouTube, everything is fine with the sound. When i conne... Show more

The conference sound has disappeared. I checked the speaker, the test sound is not heard. The speakers are chosen correctly. Although the speakers work in other applications. I tried to turn on YouTube, everything is fine with the sound. When i connect headphones, there is sound in the headphones. Without headphones, there is no conference sound in the speakers. 

I tried reinstall the zoom, it didn't help. 

Please help,It’s like I’ve tried everything, I don’t understand what the problem is.

Hi,
I have the Mecool KM6 Deluxe TvBox and I want to use it with Zoom.
This TvBox is "Hey Google" Assistant ready by its buit-in microphone on the bluetooth remote control.
But there is some conflict, because Zoom doesn't recognizes any microphone. 
I have a USB webcam with built-in microphone, and it is recognized by Zoom, but the microphone doesn't. 
I even tried the Lesser AudioSwith app to switch the default audio input but even so it doesn't work.
1. Does anyone have a solution?
And the very important question:
2. Why Zoom android version doesn't have the change audio input feature like desktop version?
