Can't convert 'because another recording conversion is in progress'
I saved an important recording on local drive, to share later. However, I cannot convert it and every time I try I get the message "There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert recording later in meetings > recorded. Well it's been a week and I still can't convert. I cannot see on the app any other conversion. I have three other recorded meetings saved in the app, which look okay but I could delete if need be. I've restarted computer. Closed and re-opened Zoom. Updated it. My colleagues are getting impatient for the recording. How can I resolve? Thank you.
