How to change a Zoom audio file into an MP3 file?

I would like to change a Zoom audio file into an MP3 so that I can embed it on my website and upload it to YouTube as well. The format on Zoom is MP4. I would appreciate advice on how this can be accomplished. Thank you!

the audio file is mp4a
I have used the podcastle.ai people for some podcast projects and they have a free mp4a to mp3 converter. I would recommend this.
