Participant's echo during meeting
During a zoom meeting, I hear the echo of all participants using the meeting app (including mine). The voice from the Zoom Room users can be heard normally. What's the problem?

During a zoom meeting, I hear the echo of all participants using the meeting app (including mine). The voice from the Zoom Room users can be heard normally. What's the problem?
I do have a problem with external devices audio. When I try to use as audio device an headset plugged with a jack or headphones connected with blootooth the audio doesn't work or the volume stay extremely low even if it's set at maximum level. My audio devices work prefectly with every other software. I followed all the troubleshooting from Zoom but nothing worked. When I test the audio it start for a fraction of second at a very good level to drop immediatly at a sound level that is almost imperceptible. I tryed to disinstall and reinstall zoom but nothing change. Every device that I try create the same problem. All the privacy setting etc are weel done but still no solution. is there anyone with the same problem or someone that can help?

I would like to change a Zoom audio file into an MP3 so that I can embed it on my website and upload it to YouTube as well. The format on Zoom is MP4. I would appreciate advice on how this can be accomplished. Thank you!

My group is not available in the dropdown menu when selecting the group.
I've enabled Zoom in Facebook settings for the correct group.
I'm out of ideas...

Hello I find it quite disturbing the new way the QUIZ are organized. I have 50 quiz available. I usually use 10 of them in Zoom training. It was easy to choose them before the meeting, then go live (where I can open 10-15 times a quiz per hour), then choose them. But now, in my meeting, I have 50 quizzes and I must manage to find the right one. I know I can use the search, but it's a true loss of time and less effective way. We should be able to make the quiz we want for a specific session, so we can use them as well as before. Any other solution? Thanks. Alain

As an admin, did we fail to do something, for the past 5 days our students are not able to enter zoom?
I just finished a meeting and it didn't save my recording. I have used an old link multiple times and it's always recorded. This time, I don't know if it's because I didn't sign in or what, but there was no conversion when we hung up. I signed in to my zoom thinking that it would be in my recorded sessions so I could hit convert, and it wasn't. Help!!

Somehow my Zoom links, and Google Meet links are now opening in edge and not Chrome. Can someone please let me know how to change the setting for both to open in Chrome?
Hello. I manage multiple accounts for several clients who are not part of one organization. They all record zoom videos directly onto their own computers. They have all provided me with credentials to login to their accounts and my computer has been verified by them using two factor authorization. I log in to their accounts on a daily basis to download their videos which are then uploaded to a third party site where they are hosted for paying customers. Every time I need to get in to one of their accounts I have to log out of another account. Entering and re entering these login ids and passwords is time consuming given how frequently I need to do this. Is there a way for me to easily manage this so that it is easier to switch between these acounts. They are NOT all part of the same organaztion but are the private professional accounts of different faculty members.
