I have a Zoom Pro Account without the Zoom Webinar Add On.

I can configure the language interpretation for a regular meeting. Still, based on Zoom documentation I should only be able to do so with the Zoom Webinar Add On for webinars (I could not find info on regular meetings for this feature).

I tried it out in my account and it works fine but I don't want to have an issue in my meeting.

Will it stop working mid-meeting with a regular Pro Account?

Instalé zoom en una smart TV Sony Bravia que tiene google TV como sistema operativo, Zoom se instaló sin problemas, aparentemente funciona bien, tengo a mi invitado en la pantalla pero no hay sonido, ni mi invitado escucha ni yo. Con otros programas de video conferencia todo marcha bien, es decir, se ve y se escucha pero en Zoom no hay sonido

Meeting tab and schedule

recently after new updates, the home tab disappeared and in the meeting tab, our meeting schedule also disappeared. Is there any way to have these back? is there any way to have our meeting scheduled in Zoom panel?

Resolved! Joining breakout rooms while only on the phone

We are working with a local senior center to implement a workshop and they are wondering if participants that only join by phone can be placed in breakout rooms. Is this possible? Has anyone tried?

Zoom client latest update breaking audio for headsets?

Hi,

 

I work in IT support and was wondering if anyone else had issues with headset output not working on the latest Zoom client release  5.16.5 (24296) even though windows recognizes the device and the headset works with Microsoft Teams? 

 

 

Audio not working since last zoom update

After the last zoom update, my zoom audio has stopped working. When starting a meeting, it says "this meeting does not support dial in or call me to join. Cannot join audio." I have never needed to use dial in before. The "test speakers and mic" show... Show more

After the last zoom update, my zoom audio has stopped working. When starting a meeting, it says "this meeting does not support dial in or call me to join. Cannot join audio."

 

I have never needed to use dial in before. The "test speakers and mic" shows both as working fine. The audio will not give me any option to connect through my laptop's sound.

Audio tab in settings and latest version tab missing in my settings

when I click on my zoom photo, click settings...no audio tab showing and no where do I see if I have latest version tab

copying zoom recording to flash drive so I can delete from zoom cloud

How do I transfer the zoom recording on my computer or in zoom cloud to an external flashdrive?

Email from Zoom: A meeting in your account has been running for X hour(s)

For the past 3 weeks, we have gotten an emails "A meeting in your account has been running for 8 hour(s)". This meeting is started in the early morning (like 1 AM) and is started using the account for one of our Zoom Rooms. The zoom room does have th... Show more

For the past 3 weeks, we have gotten an emails "A meeting in your account has been running for 8 hour(s)".  

 

This meeting is started in the early morning (like 1 AM) and is started using the account for one of our Zoom Rooms.  The zoom room does have the whole logitech device hooked up to it.  

There is no one in the office at that time to start a meeting.  The meeting does not show up in any of the logs.

Time:  Jul 2, 2022 01:37 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada) 

 

Has anyone had this happen?  or any idea what the cause is?
