Hi,

 

When I join a meeting/call I get an error message saying "Failed to detect your microphone and speaker. Please make sure your devices are properly connected" However the headset works fine while testing it under settings.

 

Device: Poly Voyager 4320 UC

Zoom Version: Version: 5.15.7 (20303)

OS: Windows 11

I have already tried updating drivers, removing drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, unchecking hardware acceleration.

I edited a zoom recording with pinnacle studio. It was a long meeting with more than 3 hours and the original zoom recording file was about 1,5 GB. After editing the size became about 12 GB. Same format 1280 x 720 framerate 25, mpeg4 codec, everything the same as the original recording.

 

Has anyone an idea how this could happen?

Je reçois ce pop up chaque fois que j'essaie de me connecter à Zoom.

Quand j'ouvre le navigateur comme suggéré je n'ai aucun problème. L'affichage des certificats m'apprend que "le certificat DigiCert TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 n'est pas approuvé".

J'ai désinstallé Zoom, puis réinstallé mais le problème persiste. Je suis sous Windows, je n'ai pas idée de ce que dois faire, encore récemment Zoom marchait sur mon PC. Ce pop up revient toujours et je ne peux plus me connecter sur aucune réunion.

Zoom fails to launch after upgrade to v5.16.0

Hello,

I upgraded today from v5.15.11 to v5.16.0 and now Zoom will not launch. The process shows up briefly in Task Manager and then exits. If I uninstall and downgrade back to v5.15.11 all is fine. I have several other office computers and the upgrade works without issue, but one computer just will not run the v5.16.0 update.

Basic computer details:

Quad core AMD CPU; windows 10 home; 8Gb RAM; 512 Gb SSD; Acer motherboard

NOTE: The upgrade on this system looks like it went fine, but Zoom will not launch. Downgrade back to v5.15.x and all is fine again. This computer has been running Zoom without issue since 2020 so I'm not likely to say it is a computer issue. The system uses basic Windows Defender, but the problem occurs with Defender enabled or disabled.

Your help is very appreciated,

hello,  I have different business emails, and I created zoom accounts for all of them except one of them that doen't receive the confirmation email at all, I even deleted the email and recreated it again and nothing happen, and I tried new emails that I created after this one and they received the confirmation emails without any problems.

why this one specifically that doesn't receive the confirmation email.

please help me figure this out, thanks in advance.

I have recently downloaded the latest version of Zoom, and I am not a fan.

I teach online and frequently use the annotations feature.

Now, everytime I annotate, I get a pop up privacy alert asking me "Who can see" what I'm sharing. Is there any way to disable this feature?

 

Also, is there any way to make the taskbar always appear at the top (now, it automatically is on the left side of my screen) as well as be UNdocked when I enter a meeting? I know how to do these things once I'm in a meeting, but that's a pain to do in every meeting, several times a day.

My microphone is not working in the zoom ap.

1- Tested -Speakers working, not picking up sound with microphone

2 - unloaded and reloaded software

3 - Tested microphone in different ap platform and others can hear my voice no problem.

4 - Went to settings  and did a microphone test there and it is working.

5- Checked my ap access to give permission to the zoom ap and it's on.

 

Any other suggestions on what else I can try?

G1on/G1Xon zoom pedal

  • I'm having problems with the headphone output on my G1on/ G1X Zoom pedal, doesn't send any guitar sounds to my headphones, when using pedal. Headphones work fine. What could be wrong here?
