Can alternative hosts add emails to a recurring meeting? I can forward individual meetings to people, but I can't add people to the series.

I’ve been having this issue for quite some time. If I am in in a meeting and I am using my shure MV7 and I have it plugged in USB into my computer and a pair of headphones are plugged into the microphone which plays both myself into the headphones and everyone else in the meeting. So the MV7 is my mic and speaker. It’ll work fine for a while but after a couple of minutes of listening to someone else in the meeting, the audio starts cracking terribly and if I switch my speaker to the computer speakers, it stops. Obviously, I’d rather hear them in my headphones so I don’t have to mute myself. Any ideas of what the issue is?

Is there any ability to support an external webcam on an iPad for zoom meeting. Not looking at screen sharing an iPhone, but connecting a Logitech Brio 4K using USB-C on an iPad Pro
I use Fedora34+Gnome40+Wayland (which is the default for Fedora), and I use Zoom (5.8.0 from rpm install). You can only share an Entire screen and not the single application window with Zoom on Wayland. This feature is only available on the legacy X11/Xorg platform, while Wayland is the default on any major Linux nowadays (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, openSUSE,...). Do anyone knows the roadmap for fixing this? "Linux sessions utilizing Wayland can only share an entire desktop or whiteboard. In order to share just a specific application, you will need to launch your Linux session with Xorg instead." (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362153-Sharing-your-screen-content-or-second-camera) But this does not answer the question: when? ThanksAre there plans to fix the Wayland support?

We want to do a poll where the host and alternate hosts can see poll results, but when we share them during the meeting we don't want participants to see names connected to answers. Do individual responses stay hidden from other participants in sharing poll results or is there a setting we have to use to select that?

As the host of a meeting, I have a need to track the time that an individual has their camera switched on. In the participants pane, it shows when a participant is muted, when they have their camera on, when they are screen sharing, etc. However, it is displayed as an icon. I need a report of how long the person had their camera on (or off) for the entire session. The reason for this comes down to compliance. Being on-camera is mandatory for the meetings I host. Tracking in the main session is not too difficult. However, when the participants go to breakout rooms, it is much more difficult to track. A field added to the Active Hosts > Participants report would do the trick. Or, if there are any plugins that can track on-camera time for each participant, that would be grand.

Hi, I am in charge of a non-profit organization. For our educational support activities, our volunteers provide remote assistance to their groups of students through Zoom. We currently have 10 teachers and are looking for a solution to optimize the number of licenses required. The support sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis with varying timetables. We can't have two parallel sessions on the same license. Can license management be automated to avoid having one license per teacher ? I mean is there a way so that in case 2 teachers have a session at the same time, one of them is switched to a free license without impacting his connection link ? Many thx for your help, Best regards, Abdelmajid

I purchased a large meeting add-on for my organization (I'm the only user) several months ago, renewing monthly. I wanted to double check the capacity before a meeting we're hosting tomorrow. I found under Account Management/Account Profile it says meeting capacity is 100. I also looked under Users, and the large meeting add on is assigned to me, the only user. I also looked under Plans/Billing, and see the Large Meeting Add-On is there, renewing monthly. So do I have a 100 capacity limit or a 500 capacity limit? I'm worried ... Susan

Hi. Whenever I'm joining Zoom meeting, the windows of the Zoom meeting are always 2, see screenshot below : As you can see, on the right side, it's the zoom meeting itself, my actual meeting. But the other one, which I pointed with red arrow, is just sign in etc button, which is really not important. I had already joined the meetings, so I don't need to sign in again This cause some annoyment. For example, when we were asked to search something , or taking notes, which automatically minimize Zoom app, when we come back to Zoom meeting, we need to click twice. First, click zoom in the taskbar, then click our meetings, which is really inefficient. I want to remove the left part. So I can just be switching windows directly to my meeting. How do I do that? I'm using zoom in Windows 10
