Hi,

I have the Pro version of Zoom, so I am able to have meetings lasting longer than 40 minutes.

What happens if I make an outside person the host of a meeting I scheduled, but they only have the free version of Zoom? Will the meeting then end after 40 minutes? Or is it running more than 40 minutes, because I scheduled the meeting with my account?

I hope someone can help me.

Hi, so I’m a bit confused. Someone started a meeting and made me host before leaving. I then started a recording, and selected the cloud option. I learnt you have to be a paid user to start cloud recordings.

 

I’m on the free plan, but the person who started the meeting is a paid user. Where do I find the cloud recording? Or is it completely gone? 🥲

Hi all

 

I have a Zoom One Business Account and I am having issues when hosting meetings. We are a training company that host several online training courses per day. We can host 4 different meetings per day but when we want to host an extra meeting, zoom asks us to end all other meetings which would obviously end all other training courses.

 

Is there a way that we can actively host more than 4 meetings per day?

We use the embedded Zoom link as an iframe on our web site, but it keeps showing "Joining meeting timeout".

 

Errors:

 

{type: 'VIDEO', evt: 'ERROR', errorCode: 'NOT_CONNECTED', data: undefined}

Luego de tener la reunion se me trabo la carpeta donde se guardaria la reunion y no se me guardo,y no se donde quedo la grabacion.Alguno sabe?Ayuda.

 

A problem with converting audio and video records.

Zoom version  5.15.7 (21404), macOS 13.4.1 (c) 

I have a problem with my records. I didn't know how to fix this problem. I didn't hear audio and watched a video recording.

Screen below. Please help me! Instead video file and audio I saw it.

Is it possible to enter several CSV files to define several breakout rooms, each for one of several sessions?

Delete Old Registrants and only have new registrants on recurring Zoom meeting

How can I delete or remove old registrants for recurring Zoom meeting so I can allow new people to register?
