Zoom meeting scheduled using phone app not showing up in my meetings when I use my computer

I'm hoping someone can help with this.  I scheduled a recurring meeting using my the app on my phone (iPhone).  That meeting is not listed when I go to my computer and pull up my zoom account.  That said, if I type in the meeting ID, I can join the meeting, so it's definitely in the zoom system (and it still shows up on my phone).  Does anyone know how I can get it to show up in my list of meetings when I'm on my computer?

Student marked late while in Zoom waiting room

My daughter is a medical student and was in a zoom waiting room today waiting for her exam to start. Her profressor marked her as late and not eligible to take the exam because she was in the waiting room. Is there a way to look up login times to demonstrate she clicked on the Zoom link timely?

Suddenly unable to load Zooom

Suddenly today (I used Zoom successfully yesterday) I can't load it. The Zoom Window opens and says (Not Responding). I have removed and reinstalled, rebooted, etc., multiple times with no success. Maybe a rollback to the version just prior to the cu... Show more

Suddenly today (I used Zoom successfully yesterday) I can't load it. The Zoom Window opens and says (Not Responding). I have removed and reinstalled, rebooted, etc., multiple times with no success. Maybe a rollback to the version just prior to the current one would work since it was working yesterday? Anyone else having this issue? I tried contacting Zoom support directly as I did the last time this happened in November of 2022 but none of those options work anymore.

running simultaneous zooms on one account

Does anyone know if you can run simultaneous meetings with two different hosts at same time  ie two hosts with two different invites and attendees?

Hi, we'd like set a default virtual image for all of the meetings that are held in our group of users. We thought we did everything right but our users who meet computer requirements don't see the background automatically appear and do not see the backgrounds in the options either.

 

We did the following:

  • loaded the backgrounds and set them as "default"
  • made sure that we have selected the "require users to always use virtual backgrounds"
  • we locked the setting

Help! What are we missing? Is there a delay to see them? We changed the setting in the morning. It's been 6 hrs already. We have several thousand users in the group.

Does Pro package license include more than one participant for longer than one hour duration?

I have the Zoom pro package and usually use it for only one-to-one meetings that last an hour. Now I need to increase participants to the two and three and for a longer meeting duration (approx 1.5 hours). Do I need to upgrade from Pro at all. Can't ... Show more

I have the Zoom pro package and usually use it for only  one-to-one meetings that last an hour. Now I need to increase participants to the two and three and for a longer meeting duration (approx 1.5 hours). Do I need to upgrade from Pro at all. Can't risk meeting cutting out halfway through.

Launched polls not visible to participants

When I launch polls or quizzes, my student participants are unable to see the polls or quizzes on their end.  From my end, I've enabled polling and advanced polling for my account under Settings > Meeting > Basic > Meeting Polls/Quizzes > toggle Enable.  This has happened multiple times and it's happened in two different zoom classrooms.  I'm on Zoom Version 5.9.3 currently.   When I test it with my computer (host) and phone (participant), I can see the quiz on the phone as a participant.  

 

Do my student participants need to all have something enabled as well?  Is there a conflicting setting that prevents polling or quizzing?  

 

I've scoured zoom help pages and they all say the same thing (enable it in Meetings Polls/Quizzes).  I'm not sure what I'm missing.  I'm probably just forgetting something obvious, so if this is already answered somewhere, please point me in the right direction.  If you have questions for me, I'm happy to provide some info.
