  • CSチームがHubSpotの日程調整機能を用いて顧客と打ち合わせ日を設定しZoomリンクを自動発行し、Googleカレンダーにも顧客と担当者のスケジュールが自動作成されるようにしている
• 問題点
  • サービスの特性上、CSチームの打ち合わせ担当者が直前に変わることも多くZoomリンクのホストを再設定し直す->Google calendarの該当スケジュールに登録されているリンクを修正する必要があるなどコストが高い。代替ホストを都度設定せずにグループ内のURLを自由に行き来したい
• 質問
  • グループに所属しているメンバーにはグループメンバーが発行したURL全てに自動的に代替ホスト権限を付与できる設定などはできますでしょうか？
  • 上記の他、似たケースで他社が行なっているベストプラクティスはありますでしょうか？

Background
 - CS team is using HubSpot's scheduling feature to set up meeting dates with customers and automatically issue Zoom links, and to automatically create schedules for customers and representatives in Google Calendar as well.
 - Problems
Due to the nature of the service, the person in charge of CS team meetings often changes at the last minute, and it is necessary to reconfigure the host of the Zoom link -> modify the link registered in the corresponding schedule in Google calendar, which is expensive. We want to be able to freely move back and forth between URLs within a group without having to set up an alternate host each time.
 - Question
Is it possible to set up a system that automatically grants alternate host privileges to members of a group for all URLs issued by the group members?
In addition to the above, are there any other best practices that other companies are doing in similar cases?

I would appreciate any help from anyone who has faced a similar case.

Constant problem. It works every other time. After clicking on "Share Screen" I select the PowerPoint program and click share. The conference starts, in the conference I launch a PowerPoint presentation on the entire screen and after one time this situation:
I see the PowerPoint presentation full screen, and the audience sees the PowerPoint program.
Windows 11. All updates installed. Videocrata drivers have been updated. Zoom has been updated.

Hello, if a tenant is currently on a Business/Education plan and downgrades all users or does not renew an annual plan, what happens to the accounts that were utilizing SSO for provisioning following the downgrade? Are they converted to Basic, or deleted/otherwise inaccessible? Do the links to personal rooms change?

I have been using the same link and same settings for four years, but in the recent two weeks (after the newest update), several people say that they cannot see me with Speaker view (they are not permitted to switch to speaker view), while others don't have any problem. Some say they have this problem with iPad but not with iPhone. Do they need to do anything or should I do anything? 

I just recorded a long zoom meeting (90min). A 700MB .zoom file is in my local zoom folder where it should be, but I cannot convert it.

Doublclicking on it does not help. Opening with zTscoder shows no reaction. The file does not shows in my zoom portal under local recordings. What to do?

I recorded my class yesterday but for some reason the video file did not get converted to an mp4 file as usual. I ca see the .zoom file in my zoom folder, it's 2.49gb so there's definitely information there. It says "double click" but that does not work.

I have gone into zoom desktop and Meetings>recorded, but the meeting is not showing up in the list o the right had side, for that matter, none of the zoom meetings from 2023 are showing up in the list at all. I have tried the search function, but there does not seem to be a way to get it to find any of the files.

I really need this recording for my students this weekend. How do I open the fil and convert it? Thanks.
