I often schedule Zoom calls for other people where I use a random meeting link and passcode link generated by my Zoom account (extension in Google cal), then I go into the app and make the person attending the meeting an alternative host. I do not attend the meetings. Within the meeting settings I also enable recording to the cloud. However after the meeting, although I am the organiser, I don't receive notification of the recording and it is not in my recordings folder on zoom. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I retrieve the recordings? Many thanks.

I am an admin who needs to set up zoom meetings for online students. One of my instructor accounts doesn't have the "attendees" spot when setting up a recurring meeting. I don't understand why or how to fix this. Can someone help me please? Time sensitive. I have included 2 screen grabs - "problemchild" is obviously the one I'm struggling with and don't understand.

My microphone has suddenly stopped working.  Getting message  "Failed to detect your microphone"  "There seems to be an issue with your microphone."  It worked fine last week - have NOT done anything to change things since then.  Can anyone help?  I have a zoom job interview in 6 hours!!  

The microphone is constantly in use. I understand that it is included for noise cancellation. In the settings, I turn off the noise reduction, but it has no effect.

Because the noise reduction is always on, the music that is in the video that is being shown is muted and I can't hear the sound of the video, only the words. It can be disabled only by denying access to the microphone for the "ZOOM" application. But then I can't talk to the participants. Therefore, I have to deny access for the microphone to hear the videos being shown, and when I want to say something, I allow access and it is very inconvenient.

When we hold a meeting, I am the Host who schedules and starts the meeting. But, after starting the meeting, I need to move my physical location to a meeting room a mile or two's drive away. Right now, Zoom will time out if I don't get to my meeting spot in good time. Is there a way to get Zoom to extend the time-out period? 

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled zoom  on my macbook. Now when I try to open "clips" I get error code 17000, "Your zoom account does not match your web account". This effectively means that I am not able to access any features from my pro account.

How do I get them to match?

I want to find out the TOTAL number of attendants that have attended our meeting since it started on 8th May 2020. We have been using the same zoom number since then...the report systme seems to be limited to a month...is there any way of finding out the figures?
