I had my settings on live audio and the singing bowls would work but as of last month in August the sound stopped working. I have changed the settings to Original Sounds for Musicians, I have tried the live audio. I have changed my settings to disable signal. Nothing is working.  It only picks up my voice but not any vibrations from music. I even clapped and it wouldn't pick up that noise.

My Zoom gets disconnected when join the meeting in Citrix.
In my local, I installed Zoom and Zoom VDI but in my client Zoom VDI it is showing that VDI is not connected and not syncing.

Due to this when I join any meeting in Citrix complete Citrix is getting crash.

How do fix this issue? any suggestion is helpful

I would appreciate some help here for a lost recording. 


On the 19th Oct, we had a meeting with my colleagues and while my colleague was a host, he changes host rights to me. We still saw the recording button on. After the zoom call, we weren't able to find the recording on both our settings >local recordings and documents, we looked at files within our system tray as well as looked online and within the app. Is there a possibility of finding it and retrieving it? or maybe somewhere in my settings went completely wrong? Would appreciate any help.

Greetings!

Problem: when I receive an image from another device to my laptop through a demo window in which sound is played - video, media player, the sound does not come to me. Interestingly, this problem does not appear when showing all video or audio files, but most of them.

 

I suspected it was a codec problem. I updated the codecs, installed the maximum packages, but it didn’t help. I tried different media players, downloaded media files from different sources, but could not figure out the pattern.

The latest version of the zoom client for conferences has been installed. The latest system updates, Windows 11, are installed.

 

I rummaged through all the client settings, tried everything, but nothing helps. Perhaps someone has encountered a similar problem. Please share your experience.

Unable to rejoin audio during a meeting

When disconnecting audio during a regular Zoom meeting, I am no longer able to rejoin after the first few minutes. Both the microphone and speaker do not reconnect. I don’t leave the meeting. Video continues working just fine. This has been going on ... Show more

When disconnecting audio during a regular Zoom meeting, I am no longer able to rejoin after the first few minutes. Both the microphone and speaker do not reconnect. I don’t leave the meeting.  Video continues working just fine. This has been going on for months now. 

 

This issue started with a new iPad Pro device, which makes me think it is a settings issue or other software issue. Audio is set to auto connect in Zoom app settings.  I have the latest IOS app. 

Can anyone help?

Zoom recording - issue with recorded length

Hi everyone,

 

As a participant of a zoom meeting, I was granted the right to record.

I recorded one hour until the meeting ends, but only have 39 minutes of the meeting in the recorded video.

 

Any idea of why this would happen?

Breakout room testing

When you (host) put participants in a individual breakout room can you see the screens and the webcams of the participants? If I have each participant in a breakout room share there screen, will you see there screens and webcams for all participants?
