How do I stop a nominated Co-Host from going in to automically allocated Break Out Rooms?
I am wishing my Co-Host to remain with me in the main room.
Any ideas welcome
If I wanted a locked down MSI installer for Zoom meetings - using these new enterprise switches and want to achieve this scenerio below what are the correct switches: would it be: msiexec /i ZoomInstallerFull.msi zConfig="AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=1" zConfig="AU2_SetUpdateChannel=0" zConfig="AU2_EnableShowZoomUpdates=0" zConfig="AU2_EnableUpdateAvailableBanner=1" zConfig="AU2_EnableManualUpdate=0" /norestart /log "C:\temp\zoom.log" In this example, the system administrator wants to control everything about the user experience, and they want to minimize questions and user curiosity by hiding all notifications and configuration UI.Locked Down - No User Visibility, No Control

Hello! The thing is we are hosting a recurrent meeting every Monday and Friday until Nov. 20 using that same link. So, we really want to have it all working correctly, and not having people to see that name when they try to join the meeting, because it could be a little confusing for them, and not knowing the real names of our participants really affects our sessions (we have people who don't know how to rename themselves). Could somebody please help us before Monday? Thank you!
The problem we're having is that when people join our meeting we notice that people enter the room with the same name.

Dear Community, We are facing some weird issues with Zoom. The laptop (Asus Zenbook) is latest 2023 purchase, preloaded with Windows 11 Home 64bit. Fully updated OS and Apps. Here’s what user has faced many times. “Yesterday, I could not complete my Zoom call due to sound glitches (others could not hear me though I could hear them). I then uninstalled Zoom today morning (and the Outlook Zoom Plug In) and reinstalled after a fresh download. Unfortunately, in a subsequent Zoom call, the same problem was there (the person on the other side could not hear me, while I could hear her clearly). We then shifted to MS Teams and there was no problem at all in the 60 minutes of call time.” Will highly appreciate someone helping here.
Regards,
Aamir

I tried logging in with my desktop and it worked just fine. Therefore I suspect it's some kind of system bug. And I was trying to send a ticket reporting this issue, and I guess me as a free account user can no longer submit a ticket to technical support as my ticket was "automatically" closed? And I also tried to connect to an online agent, and he said that he would follow up with an email AND forward my enquiry to the technical support, and I have yet to receive any email from that online agent. So basically I was logged out of the zoom app due to an error which was not even caused by me as a user, and I tried seeking help by following your SOP by submitting a ticket as well as speaking with an online agent, but it looks like I'm not getting any help at all! Has anyone experienced the same error code before upon logging in? Thanks very much to those who can give a helpline hand!

How do I keep the attendees names visible all the time? I am the host. Currently they disappear after a few seconds and then become visible again when I move my mouse. I am referring to the text that shows over the bottom of their video image.
Does Zoom auto update (AU2_EnableAutoUpdate) work even when the app is not open? If not is there such a feature
We are hosting a Zoom meeting and sent the link. We were then informed that one of the parties cannot connect via a link, but must be provided with "Join by SIP..." information. I found the right place on Zoom and it says you have to have a paid plan, which we do. We have Zoom Pro, but I cannot figure out how to access the H.323/SIP Room Connector. Any help is much appreciated

<解決策>
Wi-Fiに原因がある場合、ルーターを買替えたり、通信会社を変えろというのは現実的ではないので、現状の設備でできる対策は何かありますか。
よろしくお願いいたします。
