Hi,
I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and have been having problems with launching ZOOM since. I have no problem access meetings via my browser (although weirdly anytime I share my screen I get muted and can't unmute myself) but my main issue is when I try to launch the ZOOM app (which I have had no issues with before) I get a pop up box that says "Unable to check for updates. Please check your internet connection and try again. (Install)).
My internet connection is fine. When I click install nothing happens.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ZOOM app but the same thing happens. I am not having issues with any of my other apps.
Can anybody help please?

I just had this problem too. I updated my computer's software and was able to install Rosetta and open zoom.

This hasn't been solved yet? I'm still facing it, and it's 2023
