Importing meeting information
When I am invited to a future Zoom meeting by another Zoom user, is it possible to import the link into "my meetings"? That would be much easier then having to find the email from the host with the link. Thanks.

It says that my account is Business/Business Plus/Enterprise. It says that I have live phone support and live chat support, but when I try to contact either through calling or using chatbot to connect me with an agent, it says that my account doesn't have it. I really need to get in touch with a live tech for an issue. What should I do? I submitted two tickets and I am not getting a response there, either.

When I edit the scheduled zoom meeting on iPhone or iPad native calendar, the meeting invite is getting amended with MS Team details.
So, invitees will see two meeting details and gets confused to join. Few joins the Zoom meetings and few joins the MS Teams meeting.

I called a couple of days ago to downgrade our plan from Business to Pro. I received an email today welcoming me to Zoom and telling me to set up my dashboard. Does this mean that all of the meetings I have already set need to be re-set with a new MEETING ID and PASSCODE and link?

Hello,
I have an HP laptop that every time I use zoom through it my computer freezes and turns into a blue screen. I send the computer to the HP lab for repair and they said it was not a problem with the computer but with the zoom on my computer.
I updated the zoom on my computer to the newest version and it still happens.
I would appreciate your help on what to do about this is a glitch that happens when I use zoom.

One of my participants is systematically ejected from the breakout rooms. He logged off, updated ZOOM, but without success. What can i do?

Hello, Recurring meeting forces waiting room? I do NOT have waiting room enabled, and that didn't used to happen. Did a test on a standalone meeting with no waiting room enabled and participant was able to join, and then changed the meeting to recurring and now participants are put in a waiting room, but again, the waiting room is not enabled on my account NOR in that specific meeting. How resolve? Thanks.

I added a colleague as an Alternative Host on ONE meeting, but it seems he is now the default Alt Host on EVERY meeting I have created and each meeting was assigned a different colleague. All colleagues are licensed. Is this a setting issue allowing only one person to be assigned as an alt-host? I have tried removing him from meetings that doesn't pertain to him to the previously assigned colleague, and that does not seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How can I know the for how many minutes a partcipant has kept his video on during a meeting where it is compulsory to appear in video mode ? Reports generated at the end only depict the time for which a participant was logged in, but not if he kept his video on and if so then for how long ? Please let me know.
