can't hear the background music

why when the mediator loads background music. I always can't hear the background music. This has happened repeatedly every time I attend a meeting. I've followed the advice from the official Zoom article & asked the chatbot for help but it still doesn't work. Please help

Hey @heryrmdn sorry you're having issues hearing sound shared by the Host during a meeting! I would first double-check if you can Adjusted the volume of a Zoom meeting. If you have done so I would suggest reaching out to the Host to double-check that they're Sharing background music or computer audio on Zoom. Please let me know what you find out about both of those suggestions 🙂
