We had an all-day state-wide conference yesterday and this morning the recorded sessions that are showing in our account are only half the sessions that we recorded. Any help? 

 

Some thoughts for consideration: We used breakout rooms around this same time and had a leader in those breakout rooms record locally to their computers at the same time we were recording in the main room, could that have been the culprit? (They were on different Zoom (paid) accounts!)

Zoom crashing in starting the meeeting and in the meeting

My zoom meetings have been crashing. I have no clue as to why this is happening. I've had zoom during the pandemic and now a plan. Everything was fine for over 2 years.

Registration autofill

Zoom previously gave me (as user) registration forms that were autofilled. That seems to have ended a few months ago. I can't find anything on this forum to indicate whether there are admin settings that default to No Autofill, as that is what appear... Show more

Zoom previously gave me (as user) registration forms that were autofilled. That seems to have ended a few months ago. I can't find anything on this forum to indicate whether there are admin settings that default to No Autofill, as that is what appears to be happening. I checked with other users and they had the same experience.

 

Can anyone explain what's going on? I'm responsible for a Zoom program and want to get this fixed.

Resolved! Autofill Contact info in Registration

I created a Meeting requiring registration. When the link is opened, the name and email fields are already filled-in with someone's information (not mine). Any ideas why that's happening and how it can be corrected?

Headphones not working with Zoom... work with other programs.

Whenever I use Zoom, my headphones don't work, the sound only comes out of the computer speakers. I've searched for some audio setting that would allow me to use headphone as that seems like the logical problem, but I can't find those audio settings ... Show more

Whenever I use Zoom, my headphones don't work, the sound only comes out of the computer speakers.  I've searched for some audio setting that would allow me to use headphone as that seems like the logical problem, but I can't find those audio settings anywhere.  I use Zoom everyday, so it is imperative that I get this working.

Our 85 year old leader has become unable to host our bi-weekly meetings but has paid for the license.

 

How can he assign the host role to another member?

I can not hear when on zoom calls however they can hear me when I wear an ear piece.

not sure if this is the right space for a technical question.

 

in my current work environment a custom root CA is required for traffic leaving the data center.

On Ubuntu I have installed the custom CA certificate in `/usr/local/share/ca-certificates/extra`. It also shows up in `/etc/ssl/certs`

I am aware, not all apps are using this trust store; So for Chrome or Firefox I also installed it for the traffic to be allowed.

 

It seems on Ubuntu the app is not using the custom CA either, as on SignIn with google SSO I get an error dialog, basically giving the error: 

"Unable to establish secure connection to Zoom - Open your browser to check internet connection"

On "View Certificates" it states that the "Webrelay certificate is not trusted" - "Error code 100"

 

So my question is; Is there a way to configure the zoom client to use the custom CA certificate?

laptop locks when using google

when in a zoom meeting if i google anything the laptop locks and goes to the sign in screen, while the Zoom audio is still playing.

I have tried updating zoom and windows and using different browsers none of these seem to work
