Cloud Recorded Conference -- Only Half Recorded -- Record on Whole Time!
Hello All, We had an all-day state-wide conference yesterday and this morning the recorded sessions that are showing in our account are only half the sessions that we recorded. Any help? Some thoughts for consideration: We used breakout rooms around this same time and had a leader in those breakout rooms record locally to their computers at the same time we were recording in the main room, could that have been the culprit? (They were on different Zoom (paid) accounts!) Thanks! G. D.
