弊社ではプロキシサーバを導入している。
12月18日の14時頃Zoom会議を開催し出席者に入室して頂き説明会を実施しようと試みたが使用できず。
負荷、設定、トラブル等なにが原因かわからず、回避策をご教示願います。

プロキシを使っている場合、プロキシの設定で、「セットアップスクリプトを使う」がオンになっているとZoomに接続できないことがあります。
「セットアップスクリプトを使う」をオフにしてみてください。
windowsのセキュリティアップデートの際に、この設定が勝手にオンになってしまうことがあるので、それまで問題がなくても、突然Zoomに接続できなくなることがありますので、注意が必要です。
