I use Zoom to record lectures. It it inconvenient that the "Record," "Pause," "Stop Recording" buttons are not in the Control bar, but are instead in the drop-down menu. I often need to pause my recording quickly because, for example, my dog starts barking. It cannot be done quickly when they are in the drop-down menu rather than as obvious easily-accessible icons on the control bar. 
Is there a way users can determine what is on the control bar rather than only the default options?

The average age of our user community is well over 65. Almost none are technical. Almost all are change adverse. Many members still have trouble making Zoom work after 3 years of using it. It is VERY IMPORTANT that we schedule client upgrades after 4/23.

How can I do this? 

Is there a way to configure our meetings so that Zoom Workplace looks similar to the current UI?  Any way to control what buttons are shown to the users (the array of buttons at the bottom of the current UI confuses some users).

Para convocar reuniones estoy intentando hacer coanfitriones a mis compañeros para no tener que estar abriendo yo las reuniones y al poner sus correos, no me lo permite, me sale un mensaje que "sólo los anfitriones de pago se pueden añadir como anfitrión alternativo".

¿Significa que si ellos no tienen una cuenta de zoom de pago, no los puedo añadir como anfitriones alternativos?

¿Alguien podría decirme cómo puedo hacerlo?

I am seeing the meetings i have scheduled for others on my own zoom "upcoming meetings" even when I'm not invited to these meetings or anything.

JHow do i make it so i only see the zoom meetings on my own schedule and not the people who i have access too.

If I go into an already scheduled meeting, the record option isn't checked, but zoom is recording those meetings anyway.  And when I disable the recording feature in my settings, it's not getting saved.  As soon as I log out and log back in, it defaults back to recording the meetings.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  This is creating a huge problem.
