What is best microphone for a Zoom meeting where I am teaching a Pilates class with or without music

I teach a group Pilates class virtually with Zoom.  I would like to purchase a microphone, but not sure which one would be best for my needs.  Wireless, maybe music, maybe no music.

Whenever I start a new meeting the meeting ID and passcode change. How can I obtain only one meeting ID and one passcode?

Duplicate Zoom Meeting Setup

Hi Everyone!  Is there a way to duplicate a zoom meeting?  I have a meeting with lots of predefined breakout rooms and was hoping i wouldn't have to do that setup each time a meeting like this is needed.  Thanks!

I am conducting a meeting with another participant, and both of us are using an iPhone as our camera. During the meeting, the video quality is excellent. The session is recorded. However, once the meeting has ended and the video is converted, the quality noticeably decreases. Could you explain why this occurs? I would like the video quality to remain at the same high level.

I have Free account, but during meetings I connect to Pro account using a link (ex.: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/accountNumber?pwd=password).

I do screen recordings of couple of apps (Chrome, IntelliJ Idea) each in full screen mode.

I use meeting recording into Cloud

[Issue]

Captured video quality is SD (is too blurred) whenever I connect to Pro Zoom as logged in user on not.

Urgent Help Needed – Zoom Issues After Latest Update

since updating Zoom a few days ago I've been experiencing serious issues that prevent me from using the platform properly on my computer:

I can't join meetings, or it takes a very long time to connect.

when i finally get in, the software either freezes or my camera is disabled

i haven't been able to use Zoom on my computer at all since the update.

additionally, Workpalce is not working at all - it keeps asking for a password, and even after i enter the verification code i received by email, the software doesn't accept it.

i can join meetings from my phone,  but it's very inconvenient for work and significantly slows me down.

i'd really appreciate any urgent help or suggestions to fix this

Every time I end a meeting I get an email that says, "Meeting assets for Personal Meeting Room are ready!"   It then links to the whiteboard that I had shared screen to during the meeting.  

It seems there is no way to toggle these email notifications off.  Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it? 

 

 

(I'm on a Mac, using the Zoom application version 6.5.9.  I've already looked through all the "email notification" settings after logging into my account on a browser.)

Hello Zoom Support,

I’m with Dell Enterprise Support, and clipboard sharing has become a recurring challenge across multiple customer environments using the Zoom Desktop App on Windows (all versions).


Here are the key issues we encounter regularly:

  1. Missing "Remote Control" Button
    Even when screen sharing is active, some users do not see the "Remote Control" option in the meeting controls.

  2. Missing "Share Clipboard" Option
    In many cases, the "Share Clipboard" feature is absent from the three-dot (...) menu, even when remote control is active.

  3. Inconsistent UI Behavior
    These issues are expected in the web interface, but they occur frequently in the desktop app as well—causing confusion and delays.

  4. Support Impact
    These inconsistencies make remote troubleshooting extremely difficult. In one recent session, it took 45 minutes, involving 3 support engineers and 2 customer-side techs, just to locate the correct option.


💡 Feature Request

One potential solution would be to introduce:

  • A keyboard shortcut for customers to quickly enable clipboard sharing.
  • A keyboard shortcut for support engineers to request clipboard sharing from the customer.

This would significantly reduce support time and improve the remote assistance experience.


This level of friction is unacceptable, especially when compared to the seamless experience offered by Webex and Microsoft Teams. We urgently need:

  • Clear documentation on how clipboard sharing is supposed to work across platforms.
  • A reliable way to ensure these options are available during support sessions.
  • Streamlined access to clipboard sharing features.
