In zoom meeting, when I want to share my screen, everything that comes up is a blue square, with a white triangle and exclamation mark saying "unknown"

Hi,
You should check the Advanced Screen Sharing Settings by navigating to the Settings menu within the Zoom application...then select Share Screen, and click on Advanced....Toggle the Hardware acceleration for screen sharing setting by either enabling or disabling it
