这是一个建议!

有几年的ZOOM使用经验的IT人员,对于IT人员,功能变得丰富是很多公司及技术人员的追求,但是作为一个普通用户,太多的设置及毫无理由的配置配置项目及位置让用户很是费劲。

希望这些建议能帮助ZOOM:

1 不要去追求AI这种虚无的功能,大部分用户需要的是一个简单,通畅的会议系统,如果你们认为AI是一个销售卖点,单独做一个客户端去满足那些人;基本版本尽量简单明了

2 后端的ADMIN服务器配置做得非常失败,团队需要一个优秀的界面/功能架构师,不要做很多并不重要的配置项在一个界面中,对于大部分人都需要的设置,放在一个页面表达,有很多界面优秀的范本在互联网,看看别人怎么做菜单架构的

3 不知道是不是政治的需求,大陆的参与者经常遇到普通ZOOM无法登陆的模型,这个操作在用户ADMIN设置里面好像毫无办法,要么开放这个配置功能,要么把技术处理简化了,我就是要去中国的参与者不受这种拦阻,不需要再来找订阅的管理员一个同意

 

另外看见某些新闻ZOOM被讨论如何不安全,有官司赔了不少银子,个人理解这种事情就跟遇到一个有礼貌的土匪一样,我也没办法,有些地方是比官大,有些地方是比谁的律师更贵,到处都有不讲理的匪类,毕竟ZOOM目前已经很受祝福,销售规模完全就覆盖了被人打劫这样的损失,但是在常规的技术线路上,请保持会议品质为第一位,很多技术层面讨论的安全性,就是某个无知的官员询问你的软件是否需要加入WIFI一样的白痴问题。个人是希望我的ZOOM服务器可以让全球及中国的客户都有良好的通信体验,但是服务器端我自己看不出任何可以自己选择或调整的项目,能否把推销市场的这些资源节约一点界面,提供一个参会人员通信品质的总结报告,并且按照这些报告ZOOM可以提供策略帮助用户来做一些调整,这样的功能也许才是AI可以使用的范畴。

顺便说一下,这个世界有绝对的安全,但是不是IT这个层面明白的安全合规,没有人私下讲的话可以被永久隐藏,用心尊重客户跟满足虚假的安全合规更重要

Microphone not working

The built-in microphone (on my laptop) works fine when tested in Zoom settings, however, when I enter an actual Zoom meeting it does not. I use Windows 8. Have reinstalled Zoom. Did not help. I have to resort to using an external microphone. Any idea... Show more

Resolved! Zoom recording

I recorded a meeting to the cloud, but at the time I did not have zoom Pro. Once the meeting was over I purchased the Pro option so I could get access to the cloud but I still can’t find the recording. Is there any way I can access the recording even... Show more

Missing recording-Need help

 I joined a Zoom meeting as a guest (not signed in). The host was having trouble recording, so I selected "Record" on my side. I heard the Zoom audio message confirming that the recording had started.

When the meeting ended, I lef the meeting, and I never saw any message about it processing or saving. But I did see a message to sign in to see your recording. No file shows up on my device and nothing appears in my Zoom account.

Is it possible to recover this recording in this situation — when the participant was a guest and the recording may not have finished processing?

Any guidance would be appreciated, I cannot get any live person from Zoom to help me.

Hi All, 

I am unable to view my meeting history from 1st June to 14th July even after customising the dates. I can see the history of 15th July to 14th August. Could anyone please help me with the same.

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it.

Resolved! 2 on zoom, same camera

HI

At time my wife and I will be at a zoom meeting- when we do one of fades in and out, depending how far that person is away from camera.

Is there a setting to solve this issue?

Sharing in Wayland Works Only The First Time

Currently using Arch Linux with Wayland. With the latest zoom installed (6.6.0), using pipewire for sharing. The first time I try to share a screen or window, it works fine. If I stop sharing and try to share again, it only shares a completely black ... Show more

Currently using Arch Linux with Wayland.  With the latest zoom installed (6.6.0), using pipewire for sharing.  The first time I try to share a screen or window, it works fine.  If I stop sharing and try to share again, it only shares a completely black window or screen.  

Immediately after I stop sharing the first time, I get the following messages in ~/.zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log

*** pw_stream_set_active called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted
*** impl_ext_end_proxy called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted
'this->recurse > 0' failed at ../pipewire/src/pipewire/thread-loop.c:62 do_unlock()

I cannot figure out if this is a zoom problem or a pipewire problem.

Everything works fine in X11.

Default meeting wallpaper cant change or upload a new image or delete the already uploaded oned

why is it that i cant upload or delete the ones previously uploaded in zoom wallpaper
