Eventually, I will be joining a Zoom meeting that is supposed to be at least 2 hours. However, my account says that I am limited to 40 minutes a meeting. Is that if I am the one creating a meeting, or will I be able to do the 2 hours that I need?
Zoom keeps freezing and crashing during meetings - I'm a therapist and conduct my online sessions on the app. I also give lectures on it. Today I had a 2-hour lecture and got disconnected 7 times. I need to fix it urgently. What could be wrong? Internet connection is strong.

Hi all, I create events using Swoogo, and I use the virtual integration with Zoom to create Zoom meetings for my online events. Swoogo already sends users a secure link to the Zoom meeting that forces them to sign in through Swoogo (so that our registration and attendance data is correct). The issue is that Zoom also separately sends users an invitation to the meeting, and that link can be used by anyone, including users who haven't signed in, so we can't get their attendance data. Is there a way in Zoom account settings to turn off the automatic email invitations?

I have encountered about 2 black boxes appearing in my presentation during screen sharing since Jan 2022. One blackbox appeared near the top and the other at the bottom. My laptop uses Windows 10 and I have updated the latest software. I have done all the hacks recommended in the Zoom web page, including changing the NVIDIA settings, video settings and screen sharing settings. Yet, I still have the same problem with the black boxes. Please help to resolve this problem. Thank you!

There were some recent discussions about links to previous, older versions of Zoom Workplace client.
If you know how those links are built, you can "make" them yourself (based on release notes page). But some people need a quick and easy solution. So I thought that I'll make a list for you with some recent versions.
Those are direct links to Zoom download site, so there is no need to worry about downloading it from a "middle-man" website and potentially getting a virus as a "bonus"..
Please also remember, that Zoom also has "Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy", which enforces you to use client version newer than XXX provided in article linked below:

So, here are links to some older versions. I've decided to provide links to 3 latest releases for version 6.4 and only the latest ones for lower releases 6.3-5.17.

On My settings, participants are allowed to join before the host, and also on our account management but all participants were not allowed unless I'm in. What am I missing here? Thanks
