Hello everyone,

 

Our team has a re-occurring webinar set up for the rest of the week, and today, many of our registrants are stuck in registration login loops, where they are told that they are not registered when they try to enter a webinar session, and told to re-register. And the loop goes on and on. This loop is also occurring on both desktop and mobile. We've tried incognito or clearing the cache, and it still does not work.

 

I have read that this issue was resolved in April 2023 following a bug with custom questions not being answered during registration, but we have no custom questions set up on our registration forms.

 

Is anyone else having this issue recently or can assist an easy way to get out of this loop? We would like to have this resolved by tomorrow morning the earliest.

Hello, 

We changed a meeting to a webinar and did not want people to have to re-register themselves. So we imported names and emails to the webinar and zoom was to send the email with the updated webinar link to each registrant. However, we are receiving so many emails from people stating that they did not receive the webinar link. Can anyone please advise if there is a solution for this or something we can tell people to check? Apparently nothing shows up in spam/junk folders for them either.

System error 403 when I try to add webinar to my google calendar

I try to add my webinar to my calendar and I get this "System error 403" message.  I have the calendar integration for mail set to read and write so I don;t know wy this is happening, can anyone help?

Scheduling Meetings for Others

I am scheduling a meeting for someone else to attend.  Is there a way to set up the zoom meeting link so that I will not have to attend the meeting to let the others in?

Changing time zones for published webinars

Hi!
I have 3 published webinars. During publishing they all were in BST time zones. I need to change all of them to UTC time (for website integration purposes) but do not seem to find a way to do that. Can anyone suggest?

I've added all my speakers on my webinar registration page, but not in the order that I wanted to show, is it possible to change the order without deleting the speakers that I want to move?

Webinar screen sharing crash with last version

Today during a webinar zoom crashed twice while sharing my screen and showing some videos. This has never happened before o nthe same machine since I upgraded.

 

Any idea on how to prevent this from happening?

I am organising a ZOOM Webinar next week and I need to add a custom language for the interpretation, which is missing from the default listed languages.

I went to "Account Management" > "Account Settings" > "In Meeting (Advanced)" and turned on "Language Interpretation". I then added a custom language, but when I went back to the Webinar, the custom language does not appear. I tried preparing a ZOOM meeting just to check if the change was reflected there, but the custom language is still not appearing.

Can someone please help me with information on how to do this?
