Buongiorno è possibile nelle registrazioni far vedere solo le webcam dei partecipanti e lasciare solo quella dell'organizzatore e del coorganizzatore? e nel caso ci sarebbe anche la possibilità di mutare il microfono dei partecipanti? Questo perchè se io volessi divulgare un webinar a persone che non hanno partecipato attivamente, per la privacy, io non posso far vedere la faccia dei partecipanti attivi a quella lezione.

Hello all,

 

Last May, I enrolled in a series of Webinars, but from the end of last June whenever I fill out and try to send the request forms to access the recordings of the Webinars, I get invariably the same error message:

 

"This email address has been used to send the request. Check your email or use a different one."

 

I contacted several times the host/organizer of the Webinars, but he's ignoring me: I never sent the request before; I checked everywhere in my email, but there's nothing; the email address I'm using is the very same (and only one) registered both with my Zoom account and the Webinars account, I can't use any different one.

 

I have left until end of this month (July 31st) to watch the recordings, and I need to understand if I can solve the issue myself, or if it's the host/organizer's responsibility to solve the riddle.

I have been running a webcast with registration.  We have over 6000 current registrants.  We want to start using Zoom Webinar going forward.  The problem I am having is importing the 6000 current registrants.  I can import their Name and email address. But all the custom fields like Title, Organization..... do not import.   Is this a limitation of Zoom's import?

I started a webinar practice session a few days before my webinar was scheduled to begin. During the practice session, I heard from a registrant that the registration page stated that the webinar had started, with a button that said "register and join" instead of only "register. The registrant was confused since it appeared that the webinar had started days early. Is there a way to disable the "webinar has started" notification and "register and join" button during a practice session to avoid confusion?

Spamming

It seems there is no way to stop spammers from just adding you to their webinar. I get added nearly every week to some spammer's zoom meeting trying to sell some product. There is no spam option on the invite or way to report them. There is only a ca... Show more

It seems there is no way to stop spammers from just adding you to their webinar. I get added nearly every week to some spammer's zoom meeting trying to sell some product. There is no spam option on the invite or way to report them. There is only a cancel meeting option and contact organizer.  Why doesn't zoom add in a feature to report them or remove the option to just upload a list they purchased of names and emails??

Hello, I got the zoom events plan and a problem is happening. When I test start the meeting and when I chat something and when I end the meeting, after that, when I go in to the management screen, And I can’t see the chats I can see how much chats send but I can’t see what is in the chat. Is this normal? Can’t I see the chats after the meeting in zoom events? Please help me out

I want to pliot webinars using zoom but form is in pardot.

Issue:

  1. My registrations are not syncing with zoom and i am not receiving confirmation email
  2. if i use 
    <script> 
    document.forms[0].submit() 
    </script>

I am getting an internal server error - 

500 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_305c2aa0157d6c1a
3. If I remove the code, registration submission is successful but is not syncing back with zoom and and confirmation email from zoom is not getting triggered 
 
Can someone help?
