I am unable to add an alternate host.

The alternate host meets all the license requirements and prerequisites.   In past webinars this year I have been able to add this person, but at times an error message "only paid users can be added as an alternative host".

So, this issue seems to be intermittent, but I need to add this person to future Webinars.

Registration Report Results

When I generate a Registration Report, it shows everyone who attended signed up within a 15 minute period before and after the start date and time of the webinar? I would think it would show the actual registration dates. What have I misconfigured? O... Show more

When I generate a Registration Report, it shows everyone who attended signed up within a 15 minute period before and after the start date and time of the webinar? 

I would think it would show the actual registration dates. 

What have I misconfigured? Or is this the way it's supposed to look.

I can't find the registration custom question information for the event. Where would I find that?

 

I downloaded General Ticket Registration which doesn't have that information. Once in a while, that CSV file has no information. I saw it one time couple of days ago, and now it is missing. Please can someone help. Chatbox isn't helpful either. The event is in 3 days and I don't have the complete data yet. Any help is appreciated. I feel like it was a mistake of using the zoom events. I should have gone with regular webinar.

I wanted to know if there is a possibility to see the Q&A section of a webinar once it is over? In my recording I only what was happening on the screen but not the Q&As.
Also is there a way to see the emails of those that registered (not those that attended) after the webinar? If not how should I do it going forward to get access to that infomation?

Zoom Webinar registration export missing fields

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for... Show more

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.

Can someone tell me if hyperlinks in Follow Up emails are still not available? We do multiple webinars throughout the year and send out the recordings (these are edited and uploaded to vimeo) with the follow up email. It looks so unprofessional to have to add the full vimeo link rather than hyperlink.

 

An example is given when you first go to the template but that doesn't work either 

a href=http://www.example.com>Example</a>

Any help would be appreciated!

My Zoom license is up to 100 meeting attendees. What happens if 110 people try to log in to my meeting? Are the extra 10 just unable to join the meeting? Are they able to join the meeting but we get charged for them?We have an upcoming meeting and so... Show more

My Zoom license is up to 100 meeting attendees. What happens if 110 people try to log in to my meeting? Are the extra 10 just unable to join the meeting? Are they able to join the meeting  but we get charged for them?

Hello,

I am an active user of the video conferencing service Zoom. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for providing such a convenient and functional tool for remote work and communication.

While using Zoom, I came up with a suggestion that I think could significantly improve the user experience and make meetings more efficient. I would like to suggest adding the ability to assign moderators within one conference. This will allow not only the organizer to manage the event, but also delegate some administrative functions to other participants.

Moderator functionality could include the following:
- Control microphones of participants (sound on/off).
- Manage video streams of participants (turn on/off video).
- Let people into the conference from the waiting room

Adding this feature will provide more flexible conference management, especially for large events with many participants where it is difficult for one organizer to effectively control all aspects of what is happening.

I am sure that many Zoom users will appreciate this feature, as it will help make working in the application even more productive and convenient. Thank you in advance for considering my proposal.
