The organization I work for purchased the Zoom Sessions (Pay Per Attendee) plan for up to 50 attendees. I misunderstood the plan and thought it would allow for 50 attendees per session, not per year. We have already used 45 attendees, so we will need to purchase more. When I go to 'Manage Plan' and 'Add More Attendees', you can select a plan for 50, 100, 600, etc. If we purchase one of these plans, is that 50/100/600 attendees in addition to the original 50 we had purchased? Thank you.

My organization is new to Zoom. We have the Zoom webinars subscription, WITHOUT the webinar resources option. With the webinar software we had previously, we were able to upload a pdf document during meeting set up so that all attendees could access no matter when they joined the call. We no longer have that option. Does anyone have a solution for sharing a link to a pdf file DURING a webinar? We can share it in the chat, but I don't want to have to share it multiple times throughout the webinar for people that login late. Any advice you can provide is helpful!

One Panelist cannot be seen or heard by others

So, this is a weird one. We have a regularly scheduled monthly Webinar. We have several panelists, and many attendees. One of the panelists, lets call her Liz, suddenly cannot be heard or seen.  Everything was fine for a year, now the last 2 months we have a problem.

 

Now to be clear, she has a computer with no camera. But she used to show up on the VIEW as a place holder with her name, and when she spoke the view would kick over and we could hear her.  Now the image holder of her is gone, and we cant hear her.  Weirder still, she shows up in the list you can open over to the side, but not in the viewer.

 

Any thoughts?

Hello, we currently want to enable users to automatically register for our webinars under certain conditions and receive invitation emails.

Our current process involves extracting these users' email addresses and names daily, compiling them into a CSV file, and then importing it.

We would like to automate user registration using methods officially permitted by Zoom. Could you please advise on how we can achieve this?

I am setting up a webinar and have entered some required questions into the registration page which have an asterisks next to them. However, when I go to download the details of the people who have registered none of them have filled out this part and I can see none of this data. I was wondering if there is some error in my set up. I have even entered my own details into this form and answered the questions and it has not recorded them in the exportable csv. Thanks

I have this assigning problem here.

My account is a Pro type. I use webinar for a quite a long time.

Recently, my client ask me to add breakout session in the webinar.

After some research, I found I have to buy zoom session to have this feature.

Now my webinar is already been created and there are already registrants. I need to concert the webinar to session.

After purchase the session, I cannot assign my account with session.

The odd thing is, other account can, but not for my account which is the owner.

Appreciated if any one could spot the problem, and help to solve the problem

Zoom events hub -- bulk download of survey results

I'm a little taken aback that as a coordinator of events/seminars on the hub, I can't download seminar feedback (survey) in bulk for all seminars -- I have to go into each individual seminar (40) and combine them? That seems insane and quite fixable! Show more

I'm trying to find an answer regarding technical support during a Webinar. Does Zoom provide a technical support during a basic Webinar? Or is there a specific contact to reach in the event of technical difficulties when hosting a Webinar?

Is there a setting in my account that I can set to not get emails from Zoom?

I got an email stating the I registered for a webinar and a link to cancel registration.

This is annoying as it was a lie, I never registered and this is SPAM.

This is a continuing problem!
