Hello,

In a few days I have a quite big event and I’d like to do it on Zoom Webinar.
The event will have multiple speakers that speaks few different languages. Whole event will be translated on 11 different languages.

Translation flow is a little bit complicated but I need help only with one thing.

If speaker speaks polish on stage there is a translator that will do polish -> chineese translation.
If speaker speaks chineese the same person will translate it from chineese to polish.

How to set this up on 1 translator account/laptop?
Can I give double role for this person?

Hyperlink in Chat Not Clickable

Whenever I share a hyperlink to may participants, they are not able to click on it. This is a major issue as it hampers my webinars. My browser is updated and I use Chrome. None of the link that I share with my participants are clickable.

In-Person Event Only - How do I remove the Zoom Link on ZoomEvents

I'm trying to host an In-person event, and ZoomEvent always makes a Zoom link. This is an issue because it makes our registrants think the event is hybrid rather than in-person.

How do I remove the Zoom link from the ZoomEvent?

The Zoom/HubSpot integration seems to be limited for our organization. We are needing to collect and map both standard fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Organization, etc.) along with custom fields for our Zoom Webinars and allow for this information to pass into HubSpot with proper mapping. When running tests, the form will result in errors for an empty required property even when we are not requiring the fields. Anyone else encounter this and/or have suggestions and solutions?

Chatting during a video

While doing a webinar, I tried to chat with someone and its stops my video from playing. How do I change that to let me chat and play the video at the same time?

Thanks

I have two ticket types for my event. One paid - the general offer, and one free - determined by email domain.

By default both are showing under general offer. When i untick one and save then update, the change reverts back. None of the changes I make are saving after clicking update.

Any ideas?

Webinar Payment Options

Hi all,

When did Zoom disable the ability to pay for webinars with credit/debit cards?  Now, the only payment method available for webinars is via PayPal which was not the case when we purchased this feature a year ago.

Here is the question I sent to Zoom Support:

I have Zoom sessions, and am planning a one-session event for the end of February. I have the monthly-payment plan (100 attendees max), because my next event won't happen until next November, and I will cancel my Zoom Sessions in March, and reinstate it in October. My February meeting is expected to have about 200 attendees - is it possible to add the "Large Meeting" add-on to "Zoom Sessions" specifically for my Feb event?

Their response did not actually offer a reasonable solution:

"I understand your concerns regarding the upgrade of your Zoom Sessions participants by purchasing the Large Meeting add-on. I'll be glad to assist you with this.

Please be informed the Zoom Events and the Large Meeting add-on are different plans. In order for you to increase your Zoom Sessions' participant capacity, you need to upgrade from Zoom Sessions 100 to Zoom Sessions 500."

I replied with the following:

I do not want to pay $4500 to have 250 people in one session.  This is a one-off session that likely will never happen again.  Typically any of our sessions are for less than 100 people. I do not need an annual subscription.

Is Zoom sessions 500 available on a monthly plan?  Does not seem to be... but can it be for me given my situation? What is the cost to stay on a monthly 100 sessions plan if there are additional people above 100 that join?

I am hoping that a literate human with actual hands-on experience would have a solution for me. I am willing to pay per person for attendees over 100, but no one will tell me how much that costs. I have unsuccessfully attempted to get answers through their chatbot, and then I believe the customer support module was also AI. No one seems to understand my request.  I don't want to switch to "Events" or "Webinars" but maybe I have to?  I like the production value features of sessions...

Thank you for your advice!
