I have my reminders set at one day and one hour before the webinar. I have had several tell me that they did not receive their email, or the email came an hour later than it should, like something is wrong with the time zone. How do I fix this?
Can you please add the resources to the registration content block for emails? That way we can email the links to resources in advance of the meeting/webinar.
Yesterday we hosted webinar. There were problems with receiving link to join, especially for people who we manually approved the day (they didn't receive it). What could be wrong? Notifications were set for one day and one hour before the webinar. Later that day, two hours after we finished our webinar, Zoom send another invitation for that webinar to everyone - why would it send it again after its done? Thank you.

Is it possible to specify the language of your webinar attendees so that when you import them into zoom, they are sent the webinar confirmation email in their preferred language? (In our case we want English or French) There is also no guarantee that any/all attendees have a zoom account. Thx.
If yes, where do you configure that email?

Is anyone else getting spam emails from scammers using the Zoom system and why is Zoom not doing anything about it. This is crazy and I will pull my company out of this product if nothing is done. The emails do not even allow for reporting spam. This is crazy.

I want to stop getting the spam emails from Zoom. <***********> Is there a setting in my account that I can set to not get emails from Zoom? I got an email stating the I registered for a webinar and a link to cancel registration. This is annoying as it was a lie, I never registered and this is SPAM. This is a continuing problem!

This is a Zoom Events problem. Yesterday I tried to upload a file with 79 Sessions in it to the Event Content -> Sessions area. I immediately received the error: ! An error was encountered when processing your request Now whenever I go to the Sessions area I continue to get this error message along with a spinning cursor. I see no Sessions and there is not even a button to add Sessions manually. It's been over 8 hours. I've tried logging out and logging back into Zoom. I tried clearing browser cache. I tried a different browser. No help. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? I have a ticket open with Zoom but have had no response yet. I'm in dire straits as my event will start in less than a week and I have over 100 paid registrants.

My colleague and I are in charge of running webinars for our organisation. Our organisation has a Pro account, and we are both Workplace Pro users on this account. If I set up a webinar via my account, is there a way for my colleague to be able to collaborate on the setting up of this webinar via her account? For example, update the description, manage registrations, access the reports and the recording? We understand the Co-Host aspect which is useful for the actual running of the webinar, but would like to collaborate more on the pre and post event aspects of this.

1) Could you please tell if the information provided in the post https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Events-and-Webinars/Is-there-a-way-to-access-personal-webinar-links/m-p/162197 is still valid? 2) If we would like to use personal links to join each attendee, all attendees need Zoom accounts (although free accounts should be sufficient for this purpose)? 3) We would like to organize a meeting for more than 300 people, with personalized links for each participant to join. To do this, we need the Zoom webinar 500 plan + Zoom Workplace pro license, at minimum? 4) Also, does the Zoom webinar 500 plan mean 500 attendees for the whole month in total, or it means there can be a maximum of 500 active attendees at the same time?
