Working with three Macbook Pro's with an ATEM switcher, noticing the following issues with Main presentation Mac, and QC Mac

Signal Flow -

Mac#1 connected to ATEM, via HDMI - use only to feed audio, or video playback into webinar

Mac#2 connected to ATEM, via HDMI - Main PPT Presentation machine (dual monitor, "Not Mirrored" screens

Mac#3 connected to ATEM, via HDMI - QC, used mainly to view live Preso's / also used for corporate email, via second monitor

[Not using ATEM to switch sources per se, mainly using as still store, and to switch mic, and music from Mac#1 on/off]

Issues

1. with Mac#2  - Zoom window on Mac Retina display, and PPT deck on external monitor.   Sharing PowerPoint application [Not Screen] and Monitors NOT mirrored, I see the slides full screen on the Retina in presentation model however, on Mac#3/QC I see in sort mode.

Also, the Retina display on Mac#2 is now full screen (slide show mode) with the PPT and I can't access other Mac applications/desktop unless I click back on the external monitor.

2.  The mouse will vanish moving between the external monitor, and the Retina display on Mac#2   This means I might not be able to unmute people, launch polls, etc..    I have revered to not using the external monitor which I need for real estate.

Thanks

I believe this is done through spotlighting and in the recording of the webinar, this is how it is. However, during the webinar, both panelists are appearing on the attendee's view. Does anyone know why this is?

Question: Why can't a meeting and webinar run simultaneously when an alternative host is assigned?

Longer description: I am the admin for an organization account. One of our account owners scheduled a meeting that overlapped with a webinar. They assigned an alternative host to start the webinar. The alternative host is a Pro user and has their own webinar license. When the alternative host went to start the webinar, they received a message that a webinar couldn't begin until the active meeting ended. I've read that an account can have two meetings simultaneously as long there is an alternative host for the second.

We're intending to offer a global Zoom event for our community that is paid. I see a list of accepted countries, but am wondering if there is a way to still offer to those outside the Zoom list of regions.

It appears that making it a FREE event would open it up to every country; do I understand correctly? If so, perhaps we could charge them separately and register them manually?

Any guidance is valued.

Hello,

we need to host a remote meeting for up to 100 participants. We are unsure if we need a meeting or a webinar. We have to deliver a lot of important information that all participants must be able to see/hear. We may also have a guest speaker  and wish to show video and photos to all at the meeting. However, it is important that we can have specific times for  Q & A so do not want participants talking over the speaker or each other.

If possible we would like 2-5 people to be the main Hosts and for all of the attendees to be able to  view the hosts and for the hosts to view all of the participants.

We would also like to use a whiteboard if possible to show documentation to all participants.

I hope this makes sense and appreciate ant feedback on this request.

Thank you.

Hello - this may have been asked previously but I could not find a direct answer.  I have a group meeting that requires new registrants to fill out a form.  But I would like to be able to add prior attendees as ongoing "permanent guests".  Ie I DO NOT want to force everyone to fill out a registration form every time.  Ideas??  Thank You!

I recently hosted a webinar via zoom and everything went smoothly, including panelist video/audio. However, when I checked the event cloud recording after it was processed, it was glitchy. The video froze multiple times while the audio played smoothly. This applies to all recording views (Gallery View, Speaker View.. etc). Unsure of the reason why there is a discrepancy between how the webinar went vs webinar recording. I've hosted webinars before with the same recording settings, and the videos have turned out good.

What steps would I require to take to prevent such incidents in the future? Is there anyway to re-process the cloud recording? Does the cloud recording quality depend on host-bandwidth? Does CPU/GPU cause any difference?
