On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I recently hosted a webinar via zoom and everything went smoothly, including panelist video/audio. However, when I checked the event cloud recording after it was processed, it was glitchy. The video froze multiple times while the audio played smoothly. This applies to all recording views (Gallery View, Speaker View.. etc). Unsure of the reason why there is a discrepancy between how the webinar went vs webinar recording. I've hosted webinars before with the same recording settings, and the videos have turned out good.
What steps would I require to take to prevent such incidents in the future? Is there anyway to re-process the cloud recording? Does the cloud recording quality depend on host-bandwidth? Does CPU/GPU cause any difference?
