OBS Virtual Camera Video not working in Zoom using a Surface Laptop 7 with Snapdragon Processer

Zoom camera won't while OBS app is open, and the Video Capture Device is selected.  I believe it's a compatibility issue with my Microsoft Surface Laptop *7th Gen) with a Snapdragon X Elite (12 Core) Processor.

 

Both OBS and Zoom have the latest updates, I have reinstalled, rebooted, open OBS first then Zoom, etc.  I also installed the regular version of Zoom for windows and tried the ARM version of Zoom and still have the same result.  I've also look at the camera privacy settings.   OBS video does work in MS Teams. 

 

Please let me know if there is a workaround, patches, or setting changes I can make to resolve this issue.

Can anyone help me with where I can go to find information.

We have created our Toast POS Menu. We want to add the menu to our new website (It is built on WordPress)

 

We want to have the Toast Menu show up on pages we build on our website. The goal is once the visitor clicks on a menu item to order, they will be redirected to out Toast POS menu to place an order.

 

Any help in knowledge of how to do this will be greatly appreciated.

In the ever-evolving world of virtual events, creating a seamless and engaging experience for attendees is key. Recently, I had the opportunity to host a Zoom Event where I leveraged the Simulive feature. For the main session content, I pre-recorded my presentation, allowing me to deliver my message with precision and consistency. During the event itself, I stayed behind the scenes in the Backstage area, monitoring the session and responding to attendees’ questions in real time. This approach not only helped me engage with my audience more effectively but also reduced the pressure of speaking live.

Things to consider: 

Limitations of Zoom Events simulive webinars

  • During the simulive phase, hosts and panelists cannot speak or appear on live video in front of webinar attendees and can only use the chat and Q&A features. However, once the simulive playback ends and the webinar transitions to live (if the option was enabled), all previously restricted features—such as video, audio, and full interaction—are enabled.
  • Only the speaker view is selected in recordings, even if you recorded with multiple views.
  • Hosts can’t add multiple cloud recordings to a single simulive webinar.
  • Since simulive webinars start automatically, they do not support practice sessions. If backstage is used, access to backstage will begin at the scheduled time.

Problem with Virtual Background

my virtual backgrounds look correct in the virtual background grid, but when I select any of them, there is a red mark that looks like a brush mark on the images. How would that get there and how do I remove it?

I’m planning to consolidate 2 accounts into 1. Both accounts have associated domains and vanity URLs enabled with Zoom, causing them both to have vanity Zoom Meeting links for users. We’re trying to prevent all of the users’ Zoom Meeting links from being broken by the migration from account #1 to account #2.
