Changing Account users

I have paid for 3 accounts. One is working fine, one is deactivated, but even as Admin it won't let me reactivate it and one is linked to a person who has left and I need to change the name and email. I can do this however it sends an email to the pa... Show more

I have paid for 3 accounts. One is working fine, one is deactivated, but even as Admin it won't let me reactivate it and one is linked to a person who has left and I need to change the name and email. I can do this however it sends an email to the past owner of the email address, the email account no longer exists! What can I do, as I need all three account to book meetings on, I'm paying for 3 but can only use one??

My employer has been trying to get his profile picture to display during zoom calls but it never does. It does appear when looking at his account information but not when he joins a call hosted by someone else. He does ensure he logs into his account... Show more

Resolved! Change of email address

I successfully changed my email address, but on trying to sign in again, I get an error message saying that my session has ended and that I need to sign in again. I've tried signing in a number of times but keep getting the same error message.

Email change

I changed my email address in profile settings. I was notified that email confirmation was sent to my old email.

Problem is that old email does not exist anymore. How do I resolve this issue ?

When using a new device I need to accept the Zoom Terms and Conditions, but there is no way to do so.  The terms and conditions appear as one long page, many legal sections and paragraphs.  The end (as far as it is displayed on my device) is Exhibit A, Binding Arbitration, section G. Severability.  I assume that’s the end of the Terms and Condition but don’t really know for sure.  There is no way to accept the agreement.  No button at the end, no little box to check off that I have read and understand the document, no pop up screen saying I must accept in order to continue.

Not sure what to do next.  But I can’t join a meeting until I accept the TandC.

Any suggestions?

Does somebody know how long it takes that Zoom unlocks my pro account?

I payed via instant bank transfer hours ago and it still says "after receipt of payment we will inform you by mail".
