Is there a way to mark all voicemails as "Read" at one time?

I am an assistant to someone who currently has about 800 "unread" voicemails in his Zoom voicemail box. Our voicemails also go to our email inboxes, so that's how the person I assist reads/listens to his voicemails. I've logged into the web Zoom app and can see where I can select all voicemails a month at a time, but I can't find any option available to mark everything as "read." I can only find options to delete them all or to mark them all as "unread."

Seems weird that I can easily delete everything, but not just mark everything as "read."

Thank you for any help you can offer!

How do I remove or hide the left sidebar?

I find it annoying and a waste of screen real estate.

A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team chat...not meetings. Is there a way to do this to keep us from having to go back in and check on things manually?

I’m trying to screen record a zoom session with my friend to post on instagram reels and I need it to be in Portrait mode (vertical) while the camera stays in landscape (horizontal) so that the two horizontal frames will stack vertically. But I can’t figure out how to change the video orientation without the stacks changing orientation too. I tried locking the orientation but that locks everything. I want to hold my iPad vertical but have my camera rotate to landscape. Please help I’m so frustrated.

I am getting very confused with the various options on how incoming calls can be routed.

We have a Zoom desk phone that is assigned to a user. During office hours, incoming calls go to that user's mobile device, but does not ring the desk phone.

My goal is to have the user be able to answer calls on mobile if they are at an outside meeting, but also have the desk phone ring if there are other staff in the office.

However, I am getting very confused about whether I need to change call handling, set up a common area, create a call queue, etc.

WHen I try to join again, it says that I am already in a meeting and asks to close it. I am also unable to join via web browser before updating to the most recent version. I have done an uninstall and done a clean install with CleanZoom. I have tried both the 64 and 32 bit versions and neither work.
