Is there a way to manage ownership of those that respond to received messages or calls. In a team of 8 persons, we are often unsure of who managed/responded to a specific call. Within the Zoom messages, how can we "initial" who has assumed responsibility for any particular call or message?
Thank you Zoom community

Hello @kabisror I haven't see a feature like "Dispatch" or "Handling" for the Voicemails or Messages handling in Zoom, but it could be an interesting Feature to add for Teams.
What I would recommend and encourage you to do is to have a dedicated Zoom Team Chat for all the 8 members so they can use it to work tightly with pseudo-real-time channel to inform the rest of the team that somebody already have taken the task to returning the Message o the Call and avoid two people working on the same thing unnecessarily.
I know Zoom added a feature where you can mark a message as "Follow-up", but I think that is only visible for the person that put the Flag on it and not everybody; i have never tested it for a Shared Voicemail. Test that and let us know how it goes.
