meeting recording

Hi, i have recorded a meeting and it is not in my Workpro account under recordings and transcripts and it did not save to my computer - is there another place i can look to find the recording (and yes i did actually hit the record button - i have checked with others on the call)

Same problem. I recorded to the cloud. Where do I find the link to share
