I scheduled a sequence of meeting. I set for automatic recorder.
Every meeting de record notification appear, but I can't find de file in my computer or in cloud after the meeting ends.
What should I do?
I understand how to add a new doc to zoom, but when I search my saved docs on my laptop, it is not showing new docs. How do I access new docs to upload?

I've paid for a year Zoom pro at the end of the year and Zoom accepted the payment. But on the 3d of January it made a new invoice with the same sum and my account became basic. When I wrote the Support service, Zoom blocked my account. Now I don't have money and I don't have my account. It's disgusting.

Hi, I am trying to set up the one-to-many meeting option for people to book a 3+ person meeting into my calendar, that I host. Perhaps my expectation/understanding is wrong, but my assumption is that this meeting option should allow someone booking a meeting to add multiple invitees' names and email addresses when booking the meeting, so that all of those people get an invite and my zoom link. And on the options setting for questions to ask in the information booking flow, there is an 'add another attendee' button. I can also see I can select a max number of seats for the meeting (for this case I have set this to 30) When I then put the one-to-many meeting option live and test run it, the 'add another attendee' button does not show up and so I can't see how someone booking the meeting can add multiple attendees. They would have to send me the invitees and ask me to manually add them to the invite. Can anyone help me with how to set up group meetings using Zoom Scheduler? Thanks.

The icon which appears after turning the video on (Refer to the image for understanding better). I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with the video feature in Zoom. Whenever I turn on my video during a meeting, the camera icon appears in place of my actual video feed, despite having granted full access to my camera. I've double-checked the settings, and my camera works perfectly with other applications, so this seems to be specific to Zoom. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take or if there is a known workaround for this problem.

Проблема вот в чем. При подключении к конференции изображение моих коллег начинает отставать. Изображение может на пару секунд перекрывать предыдущий кадр или как-то путается и тормозит. Для меня это очень важно, т.к. я общаюсь с глухими друзьями. Подскажите, как решить эту проблему?

I was trying to trim a recording of a lot of dead space at the end. Pushed the button, and realized I saved the dead space and lost the meeting itself.
Is there a way to reverse the process or recover the original recording from the cloud?
Received an email notice that Phone Management is being updated to "Number Management" portal. The email also states the following: Zoom will discontinue the existing “Phone Number” section, and the new “Number Management” service will become the default number management interface starting on January 15, 2025. My question is, as an Admin, do I need to manually update? Or will this update apply across the board regardless of intervention?

Is there a way, when a call queue goes through several overflows, to direct voicemails back to the original queue when they reach the end of the the overflow? For example I am setting up the following queues I also have these overflow queues: The overflow for each sales team is this: What I want to do is when the overflow reaches the voicemail, it goes to the relevant sales teams voicemail inbox. For example if a call came into Sales Team B and rang through to voicemail, I want it to go into the voicemail inbox of Sales Team B. Is there a way to achieve this?

Hello guys, so i cannot open my audio setting tab. Everytime i open the audio setting tab, it just make my setting windows closed. And i cannot join zoom meeting anymore. Do u guys have any solution for that?
